I think if he wer drowned and kept under water he'd stay dead, but...
I got it, remove his brain, I think that should be simple enough, but just incase it should be fed to a wild animal or vaporized down to the last molecule

I think it'd take something huge to kill him. I hear that he's survived nukes before, so maybe two or three nukes could kill him, or if a being that was completely stronger and faster than him in every way could beat him to death. I'm kind of unsure because with the adamantium in his system and with him having a healing factor, it makes it a little hard for him to die.

How can he bleed to death if whatever cut or injury he has can just heal in a matter of moments?

there are injuries that he can't instantly heal from and he can't heal from a wound that can't close as in if I blow a hole in his stomach and stuck my whole arm in there. His skin won't bond with my arm. Yeah that was outrageous and all and I doubt we'll see that happen in comics but there are injuries that he can't instantly heal from.
Yes, he won't instantly heal from every single injury, but given enough time, he'll heal, so it'd be pretty hard to get him injured to the point where he'd bleed to death.

Plus, during the Onslaught saga, Professor X's recording said that if you cut off his head and kept it away from his body, he would die.
People think that Wolverine's healing abilities are like Deadpools, and that should this happen he'd be okay (DP regenerated from mush once).
But as long as his brain is connected to his spine, he can regenerate. Think of when, during Civil War, Nitro burned and melted everything but inside his metal skull and spine, his brain and spine remained connected, I think this must be key to him regenerating.
Wolverine can't die! He's been bombed in the face, thrown in a vat of very potent acid, so many things have happened to the poor guy that he should just become a recluse and hide in the mountains where none of his many, many enemies can find him and live out the remainder of his life in peace and quiet tranquility.....for a looooooooooooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnggggggggg
