I think it is good you have this view, as such you are not of the group I mentioned. There are many that do not hold this view though, and as such I feel their arguments often border on the ridiculous, if not way past that border
A good point but even more powerful is the fact that the first mention of a word in scripture must be it's first literal meaning. It then can be re-construed later. But the first mention must be it's base meaning.

I thought for a few days about collecting the DNA information and various other items to demonstrate to you the reality of a design and designer. I think God has stopped me dead in my tracks for several reasons:
#1. You are a Physicist, surely you have access to all this information already.
#2. God has revealed Himself to you already by the things that He made. Read Romans Chapter 1.
#3. Like the unbelievers who will go through God's Wrath on earth in the future, the scriptures say that even they "did not repent" and change their ways.
So why would all this documentation and information that you already have access too stop you in any way from currently "suppressing the truth of God" that He is Planner and Designer of everthing you have already seen under your microscopes?
PS: I'm sure your comeback will be, "There goes another one."
