Yet the blasts that cause small crater damage the characters? They can dish it out but they can't take it? DBZ is incredibly inconsistent, and is full of plot holes.
P.S. Has anyone notice that Goku is a terrible father? Look at the Cell Games,

Wrong, the MOTHERBOX healed Superman and the blast didn't destroy everything for miles. THAT WAS HIS LIMIT! It is stated by Supes himself that is canon! Superman up to now has never taken anything above that.

One, that version of Supes is a lot weaker than the current version.
Two, yes THAT SUPES reaches hi limit, did you read the comic? He got hit with that blast after he fought Cyborg Superman and had been fighting one of the most powerful versions of Doomsday, their is. Doomsday would kick Gokus ass, hard.
So the moon of Saturn just spilt it self in half at the same time Superman was flying through? You can clearly see he's split the moon in half. The most a Z character has done physically is split a hill in half.
Now I'm sure I've shown you both times Superman has taken an exploding sun eater to the face. I believe you ignored it.
Doomsday has taken the Astro force to the face. The Atro force has turned back a universe destroying energy wave.
if you want to keep posting in this thread then i seriously recommend that you stop trolling, and i also think that the patronising tone isn't going to help you...

we have posted evidence that they are stornger. piccolo with a CASUAL blast destroyed the moon. so unless u wanna say thats somehow not in conetxt i think u lose credibility that goku cannot destroy a planet easily. even in his base form
Yea to bad that it was stated by a weaker Superman so it's null and void as being his limit. And it didn't nearly kill him. It didn't even ko him. It also turned the rocky ground smooth all around them.
Gokou wasn't as powerful as Kid Buu. Kid Buu was playing around with them all. Kid Buu could have destroyed them as easily as he destroyed Earth yet he didn't even try to. They couldn't even feel his power since Vegeta assumed they could take him at just ssj so Gokou saying he could win if he got full power was a very big assumption. Vegeta didn't even realize how powerful Kid Buu was until he actually fought him.

And as for him saying it was his limit, take a look at this:
I guess 50 times earth gravity is Goku's limit, after all, he stated it himself! Let's just ignore the fact that he got stronger since then.
Really, this argument is pathetic.
All it boils down to is that: A weakened Superman (after being beaten up and having his arm broken by Doomsday) was slightly injured by a blast of unknown magnitude (described by Waverider as being stronger than a million nukes, but considering that a nuke is a type of explosion and does not denote power, and that Waverider is from the future, and that nuclear devices in the DCU can be scaled up indefinitely to planet - destroying level and beyond [as I have already posted earlier], this qualifier is meaningless). Said explosion did far more visible damage than most blasts in DBZ anyway. Afterwards, Superman got up and, using Waverider's time machine, won the fight. Finally, he's far stronger than he was back then.
Now let's look at the result of Cell's supposedly "solar - system destroying" attack:
It's a lot easier to blow up something that's moving slow than it is to hit something that is a lot faster than you'd ever hope to be and has more than enough strength to ko you with a finger. Even if Gokou could hurt Superman he'd have no way to actually hit him with anything before he was, koed, killed, bfred, or frozen solid.
