So does this mean anyone with a powerlevel over 1200 can take planet destroying attacks with ease.. I think so....

Goku didn't use up all of his energy, he was still SSJ when he teleported to the Kai's planet.

And Cell said releasing all of his energy would destroy the Earth. That's a planet destroying blast.

The blast also killed King Kai, who I'm pretty sure was more powerful than at least one of the Sabiamen.

Even Supergirl has destroyed a moon with physical power.

That's cause you've never read a superman comic in your life. no expression

Goku needs to lock onto a ki signature to use IT.. it takes time and in the mean time he has no oxygen. erm

And he also doesn't seem to realize that Superman can also increase his power by sun dipping.

That short sun dip he took in OWAW let him move Warworld against the power of all those Galaxies Imperirex had absorbed.

So Superman having the strength to split a moon, or shake the Earth with punches while he's flying high in the sky isn't strong enough? Gokou was hurt from being bit by Kid Buu, he's constantly hurt by punches that aren't even anywhere near Superman's level in strength, and he's not shown speed on par with what Superman has.
