LOL.. more than half the DBZ roster can fight in space.... goku can I.T. his way off of earth, and if supes has to retreat to use such a pathetic tactic that just goes to show how he can't actually defeat goku... just take advantage of goku's weaknesses... hell why don't we just give goku a big hunk of kryptonite then? lol
also that second example just proves what I've been inclined to say all along.. sure supes can travel at light speed but he has to accelerate to it, secondly that doesn't mean he can FIGHT at light speed.. I mean let's face it darksied kicked the living crap out of superman until he flew them to the sun and even then DS was scoring hits and he's not even CLOSE to lightspeed.. so much so it's not even funny.

lol yeah, Most of Supes awesome feats are him doing it after he charges up in the damn Sun which gives him a shit load of extra power. As for his peed is yeah, he has to accelerate himself to reach those speeds and it takes awhile.
A car can go fast but can not dodge shit coming at it at all. Supe scan fly and run fast as hell after accelerating himself for a while or being dippe dinto the sun but he can't fight that fast(he can fight fast but not anywhere near as fast as dbz) Just look at lios lanes pics of him vs doomsday or someone lik ethat.
yes i agree superman always always needs a handicap. almost never does he beat someone without flying into the sun or getting help he is completely useless without doing this. case and point
Not true, remeber when Son Gohan transformed into a Super Saiyan 2 in the tornament he was stated to be weaked than when he fought Cell. So that either makes him on par with Cell or weaker, I would say on par as Dabaura was also stated to be as strong as Cell, and he and Gohan were evenly matched, now are you trying to say that Kuririn from the Boo Saga was stronger than Super Saiyan 2 Son Gohan in the Boo Saga? Baring in mind that Kuririn was stated to have not trained for 7 years, so he was proberly weaker than he was in the Cell games. And all of his fights in the Boo saga are filler so there are no plot holes for this, unless you want to count the filler, but that just creates alot of confusion.
