I don't think she should/would be banned. Yes, she does good against Heralds, but part of that is because of her size. She's got similar power levels and durability packed into a smaller body. And she's most definitely not Thanos level in any area.

i'd say cyborg supes is out of the killability limit. dude can be essentially unkillable. my vote would be to ban him.
