Scoob's list was cool, and had some great ideas, but other than that let's have Corps members hold off until after drafting to let others know how badly we'd pwn them.
Yeah, Surfer and Majestic are allowed now. Speedblitz is banned however, and it's assumed that their regular showings (i.e. non-Flash-like reflexes that they show 99% of the time) are their reaction time for the tourney.
Anything that smells like copying (Animal Man, with the possible Krypto copying and such) is banned. Absorbing Man too. Turn off CIS, and there's not a great way to kill him ever or even beat him.

inbetweener is way above the limit. he went 1on1 with galactus, for goodness sake! and if cyborg is accepted, he would need to be limited in some areas, imo.
and yeah val, takion was a frickin' beast! i thought about trying to sneak him through, but not many feats and there are some who would know him well enough to say nuh-uh, leo me'boyo . . .

malestrom would be all right. he was tough, but hyperstorm killed anomaly and began a herald of oblivion. he was WAY too powerful. thanos with ig couldn't touch him. hyperstorm literally taunted thanos WHILE he had the ig and thanos couldn't do a damn thing to him! THAT was a cool scene -- AND speaks a bit about the ig and it's limits . . .

Dude. You are completely and utterly confusing Maelstrom and Hyperstorm.
Edit: and the Anomaly/IG stuff was, I'm almost positive, after one big time powerup.
