Hello everybody!

What do you think about Al Pacino in Scarface?
(I think he was absolutely genius in this movie.
He is just hypnotizing me by playing Tony Montana)

But the problem is that I'm from Russia and our native language is russian smile That means that this phrase means nothing to me.
I understand what it means "The f***ing cockroach". However I don't understand why it the most famous quote from this movie. What special?
