Gender: Female Location: Giving dirty Mr Sparrow a sponge ba
at that point they may have thought they were doing only one so they decided not to suggest the Jack/Liz relationship. Would probably confuse audiences.
^^ yea, I agree, I think that's the only way that a fourth movie would work, have a new storyline separate from davy jones. but if the franchise keeps making money, and they have a good story, then by all means they should make a fourth. But, only if it would be as good as the first 3.
OH GEE... more movies= more years to wait for more movies. i hope they tie things up neatly at the end of this one as far as the jack/will/liz relationships go, even if they do plan on a 4th.
i'm trying to figure what the "jack elizabeth" relationship would look like if it worked out. i mean, it wouldnt be traditional- like a normal marriage, kids, etc.
so what, is it like a "pirates with benefits" type thing, or what would it be if it worked out?
Wheee hehehe every time I watch it I get so excited and giggle like a school girl. DAmnit Im too obsessed with these two now. If they dont Put them together in the next movie I am going to Disney Studio and burning it. heheh (Laughs insanly) Too much sugar? Or something? I really dont know.
We also have to remember that it is a Disney movie and the love story isn't exactly the main focus. It's the action. The plot. The story. Will's sole purpose in the story was initially to be "the blood to be repaid". And the journey went on from there. The growth of the character and the relationships with the charaters around them must spring up from the basic reason as to why the characters are there. It's a fair 50/50 chance as to who gets our little Lizzie. I, for one, am rooting for Jack because I love Johnny. She could want him because he's new, and she's changing into something different from the prim and proper girl whom Will had initially fallen in love with. She's breaking out of her shell, thanks to Jack. We must also remember that Orlando's character Will now has a new objective in play rather than in merely being 'getting the girl'. He wants to avenge his father's soul and suffering. But she might pick Will for the fact that she has loved him for so long and that he knows her. And for the so called "fairy tale ending". Although this isn't exactly your follow the rules Disney movie so we never know. But then again there's the growth and change in character of Lizzie...so yes. I think its 50/50.
k, i dont actually think Elizabeth was ever extremely "prim and proper", in my opinion she was pretty wild and just got more so through circumstances. Like in the 1st scene of the 1st movie with her and will, and she's going on about how she had a dream about him, and both will and her dad are like, thats not proper. so i dont think will necessarily fell in love with someone who was proper. like he said at the end of the 1st movie, he's loved her since he met her. so its a childhood sweetheart thing.
but now they all seem much more grown up. Liz has matured a ton, and the wildness that might have made her interesting to Will in society has developed into a part of who she is. i dont think will knows how to treat her now, since he cant protect her.
i think i might give it a 60/40 in favor of Jack, just cause he is hott. i still think it could tip either way. what we know about the writers is that they are happy to be breaking some moulds, and its true that the romance has to follow the main action. so, i personally think it would give them more action and adventure if it was Liz and Jack.
of course the compass did. so what i'm wondering is, how can disney possibly explain that one if they do try to go for the "fairytale ending" with will?
Jack isn't a hero because he is a pirate who are bad and yet he isn't a villain because he tried to save others. But then again all this happened because of Jack. Jones just wants Jack.
