Kage shrugged his shoulders at Rayden. "I don't know but they arn't suppose to be doing this to us. I wanna go home." He said lowly as his body jolted and his eyes became watery as he thought about home. He quickly hid his tears and stood up tall.

Alex continued to breathe, his body not moving but his mind racing. He thought about the man, and how he would kick his ass when he woke up, he thought about his family and how they would feel about his condition... He wondered if his father knew this was going to happen... He jolted awake and stood himself upright, picking his trainer out of the group, though he wasn't in any condition to attack him. Alex merely stood at attention, and waited.

A content look was worn on the rough man's face as he strode up and down the row of children, inspecting the sloppy line they had made. Children automatically straightened their posture as he made his way past them.
"Listen up Trainees! I don't like to repeat myself so make sure you're good and awake. My name is Chief Petty Officer Mendez, and I will be sculpting your sorry asses into something worth fighting for. You will all do exactly as I command you to do. If I say jump, you jump, If I say move, you run, and if I say eat dirt, you better damn well eat it, and when you're done you're going to ask for seconds!" Mendez gave the group a chilling glare through his dark eyes before he started back up again. "Your training starts now, Maggots! Hit the shower then return to your bunks to dress in your new attire! MOVE OUT!"

"Sir Yes Sir!" Ikki yelled and took off to the showers. He had seen that some were broke when he was sleep. And he had snuck around. Ikki was always stealthy and smart, also good at hand to hand combat. He was the first in the shower with his KON towel and and KON colored soup. He turned on the shower and took his clothes off. As he jumped into the Shower and began to scrub himself clean with the soup. He sat down in the small ledge and washed his feet. Then began to wash under his arms.

Rayden felt sorry for Kage because he felt the same way. He stood straighter as Chief Mendez introduced himself.
"My names Rayden, nice to meet you." he said, than bolted for the showers.
Rayden didn't arrive first, or even in the top ten. Most of the shorter kids beat him to the showers, so he stood in the center, waiting for one of the showes to become vacent.

Alex nodded silently, and ran off to the showers. After five minutes of useless scrubbing and shampooing, he returned to the Bunks in full uniform, standing at attention.

Ikki was fresher then ever. He smiled it felt good to take a good hot shower. It really took a load off him felt like he was at home. But when he stepped out the shower with a towel wrapped around him. And his hair covering his face he knew it was nothing like home. He knocked his hair out his face and smiled at Rayden. "Hey you can use this one if you want. I even cleaned it." He said staying in there and making sure no one else went in until he answered. Until a kid slammed the door smashing Ikki's foot. He jumped from the door as the kid laughed and walked in. "Hey!" He yelled and banged into it. "Get out i was saving i for someone!" He yelled. "I could careless." He said Ikki growled then smiled as he pulled out his lock pick tool. He pushed it in the door and kicked it open. "Everyone look!" He yelled as everyone ran and looked at the kid smileing and laughing. Ikki walked over to Rayden. As he had a bruise on his foot. "You can use one of them. There free now from the kids since there well you know." He said and walked past Rayden.

Raevynn darted off towards the showers, forgetting to take her socks off as she got there. She coughed one last time as her breathing slowly returned and closed her eyes as she let the cold soapy water soak her tired body.
Once she was sure she'd showered enough, Raevynn trudged out of the showers, wrapping a towel around herself as she made her way back to her bed.
There was a set of new clothes waiting for her. She picked up the grey sweat shirt and examined it closely. Stenciled across the chest in bold black letters was her name, followed by the numbers one one six. She quickly pulled the shirt over her head, then slipped into the matching grey pants. At the foot of the bed we're black combat boots. She stepped into them, and to her suprise they fit her small fit perfectly.

Ikkie walked to his bed. And turned to see the girl that he had helped. Geez not to be mean but not even saying thank you He said to himself and turned back to his bed and quickly slipped on his Grey pants and grey jeans and black boots. He sighed. This place is horrible. He said to himself and sat on his bed. As he leaned against the wall. And took out his covers as he layed down. He pulled the covers over him and put on his I-Pod. He started blasting the music so it was easy to here in the room. He was listening to Getting Away With Murder by Papa Roach. He listened to that as he played a game on his I-pod. He had the covers over him so no one could see.

Mendez sowered over the group as he waited for them to redress themselves. His arms were folded nearly behind his back and his face still held its emotionless appearance.
"I want it done twice as fast tomorrow." He grumbled as soon as the last child had finished tying his boots. The poor boy could barely tie them himself, and needed a trainer to assist him.
"This way, your training will be done outdoors." Mendez replied, his voice as close to normal as it had been all morning.
The man turned and led them through a set of doors Raevynn hadn't noticed before. Outside was a large grassy area, still coated with beads of dew. The sun had just barely started to peak over the horizon.
The trainers hearded the children onto the grass like they were simple animals. Once everyone was in place, Mendez started to bark orders yet again.
"Our first excersize will be jumping jacks! One hundred If anyone has the nerve to quit, you'll be doing double. Ready?" Without giving the group a chance to answer his question, he started to count.

Rayden laughed.
"Thanks, I guess."
He stepped into one of the vacant showers and tuned on the water, letting sluice down his body. His face was feeling better from earlier, and the effect of the water was soothing.
Rayden got out of the shower wrapped in a towel and walked over to his bunk to see neatly folded clothes on it. He examined the clothes to see his name on the sweat shirt, as well as a...serial number? Under it. The numbers seemed familiar. His mind flashed back to when he was still on the Pelican.
"Glad your awake 077! We will be landing soon. Get dressed, and hold your questions until we land." Was all the man said before leaving the room."
The man had called him 077. Wierd, why was he branded with a serial number? It didn't matter, as the man had said his questions would probably be answered later.
Rayden stuffed his holopad into his sweatpant's pockets, than put on his combat boots. He chuckled to himself imagining what the person had said when he was told to get his shoes.
"Size 10 for a 7 year old?"
Rayden finished tying up his boots than looked around the room. he sat down on his bunk, than pulled out his holopad. He twiested away than turned it on and started hacking into REACH's systems again...

Kage was doing his Jumping jacks simply. Geez ugly monkey. He said smileing at Mendez. Stupid Gorrila. He said grinning as his Jumping Jacks became easier and easier as he called Mendez names in his head. Dumb Primate! He said and slightly giggled as he continued his jumping jacks.

Raevynn turned to see the boy that had tried so hard to help her earlier. It seemed like he was having a good time. He giggled and by the looks of it, knew something she didn't know.
"Hey," She panted. "Thanks for trying to help me in there. You should have kept your big mouth shut." She finished. By now they had gotten to the number 50.

Rayden turned around and, completely immersed in his hacking had not even noticed that they had started doing jumping jacks. Rayden shutoff his holopad and slinked into the back of the group, were he started doing his jumping jacks.
