Nope, the forum checks for browser versions, cookies and IP addresses to determine if its a new user or the same one.

Google (http://www.google.com) sends out bots (robots) to find sites to put in its search engine.
On that day it send 36 different bots to this forum, going through all 180,000+ posts.
