Where do you get a school like that is in the ghetto, I evened told you about a school in the suburbs that had : out dated books, yet somehow it's the ghetto?

I highly doubt that, you're over-exaggerating I bet, they are at most 10 years differance, but the Ghetto Schools have such poor Test Scores and such, the Government doesnt give them money, and stuff gets outdated, and what year did you go to school?
