Could be Quenya but wasn't that generally used by the High Elves in Valinor. During the third age Quenya was generally only used as a language at formal occasions the most common tongue in use was Sindarin.

Yeah, that's true. sindarin is the common elvish speech, so they probably use it in the films. still I think arwen was taught quenya, and it's possible that they used it instead... tolkien almost completed quenya whilst sindarin is not that complete.

Yeah, I'm positive she would have known Quenya but probably spoke Sindarin. Anyway. Still a bloody cool language.

Yes... Elrond did, when the company left Rivendell ("Nai tiruvantel ar varyuvantel i Valar tielyanna nu vilya")... the only other Quenya phrases (apart from the soundtrack) were Saruman's Caradhras spell, some words at the Gate of Moria, Galadriel's "Namárie" and some quotes known from the book (Aragorn: "Et Earenna ...", Frodo: "Aiya Earendil ...")

Arwen would know Quenya, as she is (essentially) a Ñoldorin princess. But, she'd probably use Sindarin in daily converse with other Elves....
