I don't think it will be as good as last years which was one of the best. But a Mavs/Suns matchup could be an amazing series.

It could be, So could a Suns/Spurs or Mavs/Spurs. Spurs are better than last year, and all the hype is going to the Mavs and Suns.

After the Suns/Mavs game, I get to watch the Pistons/Blazers, double whammy for me.

When I 1st read that Macho Man article I thought it was a joke.

Indeed. That game was everything it lived up to, and more. I espicially enjoyed watching Nash hit that 3 to send it in the 1st overtime after hearing the crowd's chants smile

I couldn't really give a shit about the NBA right now. It's March Madness time.!

But as long as the Sixers lose, I'm happy.

Right along with you Zeke, NBA means nothing right now, the best part of the year is this time of the year.

I just got back from the Blazer/Wizard game and boy was it fun. Gilbert guaranteed 50 on us and then talked bad about the Blazers in a pregame interview. The fans of course booed like crazy whenever he touched the ball and Gilbert said he doesn't ever remember getting booed like that before with his first return to the Warriors being the only thing comparable. The Blazers held Gil to 19 but it would have been only 9 again had the refs not started calling fouls every time he tried to drive. In the end, the Blazers barely pulled out the win with Aldridge getting 25 pts, 8 rebs, 3 stls, 2 asts, and 2 blocks. Roy had 19, 12 and 3 while Rodriguez through in 9 and 9. As I said before, the Blazer future looks bright.

Golden State has been playing some good ball lately, if they get the 8 spot, I think they can steal a few from Dallas, and give them more trouble than people would expect.

GS has been doing good lately and I would like to see them getting the 8th spot, if the Lakers get higher.

Glad you had a good time, Myth. But why does Gilbert keep making those stupid 50 point predictions? It only makes him look like an ass.

The Nets are clinging in a tie for 7th in the east with Orlando. Good thing the Knicks and Pacers lost last night. NJ lost as well, and I can't believe we were the first team to lose to Denver when they score <100.

Co-signed.

Arenas needs to keep his mouth shut and just ball. He puts too much pressure on himself when he makes these predictions and i honestly think it fires up the other team and makes them more determined to stop him. He is a fine player and one of the best scorers in the league but his elevator doesnt go all the way to the top.

Arenas isn't nearly playing at the level he did in the 1st half of the season.

Hope Lakers can get it together before playoffs. They were a great team before all the injuries hit them. Lamar and Luke got to get back to their previous selves in order for Kobe to ease up on the scoring burdon. Dropping 65 and 50 is great, but if Kobe has to continue to play like this our team has no chance whatsoever in the playoffs. The team has to step it up in the playoffs.

Warriors play up tempo which benefits scorers like Bryant, so he should have a good chance of scoring 50 again. I wish TNT or ESPN had picked up that game.

I'm hoping the Kings tank these next 13 games. They have the 8th worst record right now but there are a bunch of teams they can pass if they tank well. They could end up with the 4th worst record which would put them in a good position to get either Oden or Durant.
