Cable is my vote; in the latest Deadpool/Cable, he accessed the totality of the entire electromagnetic spectrum (known as the infonet), and he TELEPATHICALLY DOWNLOADED information into people's heads, which had them semi-unconcious on the floor. All Cable has to do is download all the WB Charmed episodes ever created into Grodd's head at the same time. Instant K.O.
