Carpenter walked up the stairs to where Angel and the creature were fighting. Seeing that Angel had been injured and that the creature was still approaching her, he became angry and yelled. "Not on my watch you f*ckin' freak!" At that he ran at the creature at full speed and tackled it down the hall. Now on top of the creature he started to smash every part of the creature that he could see. "DIE DIE DIE!" Carpenter attacked the creature until it started to retreat but before it had completely left it lashed back and stuck Carpenter to the wall with what looked like a spike.

There was only about 20 left. Johnston on his pistol and Kid just running out for his Assault Rifle. He fliped out his magnum revolver " my time now " He had a custon 9 shot with it. He aimed with one arm out like a cowboy and he nailed one in the head sending it back. Galanos on his .45 shooting the hell out of one. Rand was using his asp. He wacked any they tryed to jump to them. After Kid shot 9 shots killing amazingly 12 zombies by the bullet pirceing more than 1. He reloaded quite quickly.
Finally none left " GO !" Johnston said. Rand jumped in and so did Galanos. He hit the gas and they were off. When they got back the cheif walked to them " You ok !? where is Ace !?!" Rand lowered his head " he died saving Kid " The cheif itched head " dammit man ...." He walked away " you guys relaxe , Yet agian Mission complete ..... but at a cost " Rand ,Kid, and Galanos walked away but Johnston looked at the direction they came " no one gets in heavy without a fight" He stood there. Rand sat in his room Galanos and Kid followed " Im sorry " Kid said " it was my fault" Rand nodded " hell no "
Galanos started smoking. Rand sighed " not in here i got allergys." Galanos went on the balcony and continued his cigerette " He smokes when hes upset " Rand said Kid got up " im ganna tell my parents im ok there probably worried, se ya later sir" They shook hands " good hunting man " Rand said as he walked out.
Rand went by Galanos " you miss her huh ? " He cryed " i loved her so dam much Rand !" He leaned on the railing and let out all his sorrows. Galanos' past is unknown to most but aprently his GF got killed and worst of all it was the day he proposed. "Rand ?" Rand looked at him " yea Galanos ?" He smiled " one day ill find her " Rand nodded " no one can stop you" Rand said. Galanos sat on the chair there " would it be ok if i rest here ?" Rand nodded " sure thing i dont mind. Theres left over pizza if ya get hungry and make yourself at home " He walked out of the apartment.
After he walked down stairs and saw Andra and Carmine " hey you two " Rand smiled " Hey guy " Andra said. Camine smiled and waved hi " me and her are just ganna go to my apartment and spend some time together. Join us ?" Rand smiled " no thanks you 2 have fun" Camine smiled as they walked up the stairs. He walked to the CZ base and flashed his ID and walked in. The Cheif was standing in the hall " how did i know you would come here. " Rand replied " cause you know me sir" He sighed " Ace .........our class S sniper , ill sure miss him" Rand nodded and layed on the couch in the lobby. Cheif walked away. Rand feel asleep without even realizing it.

As Carpenter sat there pinned to the wall Darius walked along calmly to where he was. Darius just yanked Carpenter off the wall and held out a vial to him. A crackling noise came over the intercom of the hospital. "Carpenter.. inject this into yourself and you will return to your human form. The catch is that you will be mortal.. or at least far more mortal then you are now. And the infectiong can turn you into one of them."Carpenter stood up and took the vile. "What about you though? Wouldn't you want to become a human again?" Darius laughed over the intercom system before responding. "A human that would have absolutely no way to speak. I really don't like people anyway so I knew you would take it." Darius then faded into shadow and dissapeared. Carpenter then injected himself with the vial. He crumpled onto the floor writhing in pain. His skin slowly started to return to his body and his scars seemed to melt away. He coughed up blood onto the floor. His eyes grew wide when it came to him that he had blood coursing through his veins again. Remembering Angel he rushed to where she was. "The vial still had some liquid in it so she may be able to use it". Thought Carpenter as he got to her.

Galanos was tired but he got up and left Rands place. He wanted to go find Johnston and he did. He was staring toward the direction of the ocean. He heard Galanos " The ocean was the one spot were i felt at peace. Yet now its all fenced up." He sighed " Kid has been looking for you Galanos go talk to him , it may be inportant "
Galanos nodded " ok ..... and Johnston ?" He turned around " ya ? " Galanos smiled " thanks " Johnston new what he meant. Galanos looked for kid. He was on the apartment roof with a assault rifle " what ya doing up there " He screamed. Kid didnt hear him. Galanos reached the top and Kid turned around aiming his gun. " GET THAT OUT OF MY DIRECTION !" Galanos pulled out his Bullpup. Kid sighed " sorry but im just jumpy after what i just saw" Galanos looked at the bridge " what was it "
Kid sat on the chair he brought with him. " It was agiant blob of shit" Galanos laughed " no , it was , it was on the bridge. And it took zombies with it , it just ... it just went on top of them and then the zombies were stuck on it ! Its insane , it picked up a car and other stuff too as it went along !" Galanos sighed " ok ok i belive you but what can we do"
Kid pushed his hair back " nothing , we wait. If it finds out were here it might kill us all"

Angel just lay there on the ground watching everything
going on, but she couldn't speak. Then she saw Carpenter
going towards her and he had a vial in his hands,
she just forcefully got up, and rejected the vial.
"...I'm okay...I don't need the vial...ugh....
you look great by the way."
She smiled, she held her stomach with her
left hand and her right hand was against the
wall. Angel closes her eyes for a bit then opens
them, her back starts to twitch.
"sh*t..."
It was her wings, they were moving on their own,
they spread for a while and then flapped.
A gust of wind appeared and then it ceased,
she looked at her wings and cried.
"...why...."
She looked at Carpenter and put her hand
once again on his face, then she kissed
his lips and she turned around, there was a
window and she slowly walked, towards it.
"till we meet again"
She jumped out of the window,
she didn't quite landed right so she
kind of sprained her ankle but she
soaked up the pain and walked away.
"I need ammunition...f*ck Umbrella,
you're going down and I'm going on
my own. It's me against you crazy mother
f*ckers."
Her stomach winced in pain and she still
coughed blood, she felt light-headed.
She finally made it back to the car,
she opened the door and the man
was still there. He seemed like he was
sleeping. Angel poked him and he didn't
move, she studied the man, she noticed
that his neck had a huge chunk of
meat missing.
"Sh*t!"
She pulled out his body and threw him on the
road, he then started to stand up.
"I'm sorry I couldn't make it fast enough...
rest in piece my friend."
She kicked the zombie back down and that kick
made her stomach hurt a lot, then she kneeled
down and snapped his head.
She got back into the car and she put the keys
in the ignition, she locked the car and she
put her head on the steering wheel and
cried.

Carpenter just watched as she left the building and then walked down the hallway to where Darius was standing. The PA system chirped to life and Darius voice flooded the hospital and some of the outer area. "Carpenter.. do not get attached to her. She will be dead like all of the rest. Once the explosives go off there will be no one left. Also if the "creature" escapes the lower facility then none of us will stand a chance." Carpenter gave an arrogant sigh and replied. "I can get her and the rest of the survivors out. Or who knows maybe they will be the ones getting me out.." Darius then looked angry and forced Carpenter up against the wall. "Look none of them can be trusted! Or have you forgotten what people did to us!?" Carpenter then looked at the ground. Darius dropped Carpenter and his anger turned to fear. "Carpenter.. it is free I must stop it." At that he dissapeared to where an odd creature had some people trapped.

Galanos walked outside of the baracade into the realality of whats happening outside the saftey. He walked around holding his Arctic styled Bullpup rifle with a special silencer so that the zombies couldnt hear a shot. He killed about 3 on the way and saw the beach. He sat on a bench. He stared at the water. The beach was clean but very unsafe. He saw how the water moved and he felt like he could just fly away. He took off his helmet for the first time outside the saftey. He gaged " aww !" He threw up then put back on the SAS mask with is also like a gas mask.
" god thats nasty" The place smelt of rotting flesh , fecese and uriane a very unpleasent mixture. He looked around. He heard soft crying. He got up almost emmidatly and saw a little boy holding a metal basball bat Galanos walked a little closer his gun drawn. " You ok ?" He shook his head " i havent been bitten or ewven touched." The bat had blood on it. Next to the boys feet was a body. Its face recembled somwhat of the boys. As if his dad. Galanos didnt wanna ask.
" Come with me to saftey " He shook his head no. Then like a flash he ran away " WAIT !" He tryed to chase him but he was gone. Then he heard more crying " stupid feelings. Dam tears " He looked inside the vehicle where it was coming from. He wasnt sure if she was hurt or not but to be sure he knocked on the window. " you ok ?" He backed up and rasied his gun but low not toward her head.

Carpenter let out a deep sigh and then remembered the promise he had made to her. "I have to find her..." He took a deep breath before he ran down the stairs with his gun drawn. Firing at the eight or so zombies he was surprised about how well his accuracy still was. He made it safely out of the hospital lobby. His breathing became more regular and everything was quiet. He closed his eyes but stayed on edge. He opened his eyes when he heard waves crashing againt the shore and he heard the faintest sobbing. "Could that be her? Well I really don't have much other choice at the moment."
At first all Carpenter could see was the frame of the care but then he saw her inside and what he thought was a zombie trying to attack her. He made sure he had his gun ready and got into a firing postion before he noticed that the other person seemed alive and unharmed. "Just back away from her slowly and this will all be okay." He made sure he had his Jericho 941 aimed directly at him.

"For the most part.. she is kinda like me just more normal." Carpenter moved a shred of the bandeges from his eyes just as Galanos killed the zombie behind him. Not even flinching he raised his gun and turned his back monitering the peremiter. "You know of a way to get her out of here?"

He called in and told Rand what was ganna happen. Rand laughed " bout time we can try them out !" He got on his radio " code red !!!!!!!!! " Everybody too shelter " WE GOT 12 HOURS TILL THIS SHIT HITS WE NEED to set up the Anit missiles !" The Cheif laughed " O YEA TIME FOR THIS !" They pulled up a giant Truck with 30 rockets attached " we can intersept them.

Angel immediately stopped crying after she heard someone
approach her car, and she looked out the window.
She wiped her face dry and rolled down the window.
"yes...are you with the, military?"
She then heard Carpenter, and she turned
around and saw him from a distance.
She got out of her car.
"What are you still doing here?
You should be finding a way out
of here...."
After she heard the announcement
about the place was about to blow-up
in 12 hours, she freaked out.
thinking,
"how the hell am I suppouse to go to
the underground facility and out
alive in 12 hours?"
She looked at the two, she got back in her
car.
"I'm sorry something came up,
I have to take care of something,
where is the rendezvous point
where all survivors are suppouse
to go?"

Seeing that the other two had become distracted Carpenter took his chance to slip away unoticed. As they talked he turned around and started to make his towards the facility where Darius had mentioned earlier. "Looks like I get to do this on my own after all... perfect." He took the radio out of his old clothing pocket and switched the channel to .70. "Darius I hope this is you." The radio crackled. "Yeah, I'm a little busy tho..." nothing but static came through. "F*ck"
