And pornstars are often really unattractive.

What films have they been in?

Jared Leto was from Alexander, he was the boyfreind of Colin Farrell in the movie.

He is also the lead singer of "30 Seconds to Mars"

Eduardo Verastegui, not sure, just look him up, you'll cream yourself

The U.S. Constitution does not mention Buddha, Allah, or any other god. But the Constitution signers acknowledge the Lord. There was no need to say, "...in the year of our Lord ...." for the Constitution to be binding.

What do you mean by "Allah"? Jews. Christians, and Muslims worship the same god.

Did you know that attractiveness is subjective?

Ummm.... ok.

He reminds me a bit of a slightly more chiseled underwear model.

I guess he is, in aesthetic terms handsome and well sculpted - thus I would say quite good looking, but in terms of attractiveness I can't say he does anything for me - which isn't to say he isn't many people hottest fantasy, just rather that, as Alliance said, attractiveness is subjective.

Well the Jews are the chosen people of the Christian God apparently, and he led them out of Egypt, so I dare say those two groups worship the same God. Muslims are a bit different, but there are similarities.

The Myth Behind "Separation of Church and State"
Separation of church as state is actually advocated by Jesus:

"Give to Caesar what is Caesar's; but give to God what is God's." Matthew 22:21

I'm sure you're come up with some bullshit to show how this advocates fusion of church and state, but here's my perspective. Jesus basically says that the laws of God and those of the government are meant to be separate, if not equal. What Jesus implied with this verse (from my perspective) was that you should live according to the laws of man during life, but the afterlife is God's turf, so to speak. Being an agnostic, I could care less about the laws of God.

And on a related note, look at the countries where state and church are fused. Saudi Arabia, (formerly) Iraq, Iran, most of the Middle Eastern states, and other. The majority are totalitarian states. Are you suggesting that we regress to a system of government that is dogmatic and opressive?

And finally, Church and State is not a myth. The philosophy is not expressly stated in the Constitution, as you've been quick to note, but it is guaranteed by the First Amendment, because the Founding Fathers knew that religion should have no place in government, because if one religion runs the government, then all of the other ones were in danger (which interestingly enough was exactly why most colonists came to America)

Quiero Mota I explained this to jaden101 in another thread.

Here is what jaden101 stated:

Here is my posts to jaden101 refuting his statement.

No. There are many false gods but only One, True God, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. The living God who is the Father of Jesus. This is the True God.

But this is not the case in Islam. Their god Allah cannot be the same God as the Christian God because in the Koran it is recored that Allah denies having a son. But the Bible states in a multitude of places that God does have a Son. Jesus even stated that God is His Father. Don't believe me? Let's take a look at the Koran. The Koran is organized into "Surahs" instead of by chapter and verse like the Bible.

Read:

Surah 4:171 O People of the Scripture! Do not exaggerate in your religion nor utter aught concerning Allah save the truth. The Messiah, Jesus son of Mary, was only a messenger of Allah, and His word which He conveyed unto Mary, and a spirit from Him. So believe in Allah and His messengers, and say not "Three" - Cease! (it is) better for you! - Allah is only One God. Far is it removed from His Transcendent Majesty that He should have a son. His is all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth. And Allah is sufficient as Defender.

Surah 6:101 The Originator of the heavens and the earth! How can He have a child, when there is for Him no consort, when He created all things and is Aware of all things ?

Surah 18:4,5 And to warn those who say: Allah hath chosen a son, (A thing) whereof they have no knowledge, nor (had) their fathers, Dreadful is the word that cometh out of their mouths. They speak naught but a lie.

Heavy, heavy contradiction. They are not the same god. God is God, Allah is "a" false god. There are many false gods and Allah is just one of the many gods who are false. The True God does have a Son and His Name is a Name that is above every name. That Name is Jesus!

I found another passage in the Koran where Allah denies having a son. More proof that Allah and the God of the Bible cannot be the same god. God has a Son (Jesus the Christ) Allah denies having a son.

Surah 23:91 Allah hath not chosen any son, nor is there any god along with Him; else would each god have assuredly championed that which he created, and some of them would assuredly have overcome others. Glorified be Allah above all that they allege.

Whoomp, there it is!

You state that the one true god is the god of Abraham, Issac and Jacob. Funny, because that's the same on that Jews and Muslims worship

Essentially the Bible tells you that your God is the right one and everyone elses isn't.

The Jews don't believe Jesus was God's son, yet they clearly worship the Christian God, or the Christians worship the Jewish God - I don't see why both can't be worshipping the Muslim God, or the Muslims the Jewish God... and so on.

Essentially it is just technical issues that make the followers of each religion believe their God is unique and no way comparable to the other two.
