Ignoring the obvious fallacy that thinking "vulnerable to magic = anyone with magic can beat him", I'm more concerned by the fact that you seem to think that every American superhero is a version of Superman.
no i was just saying that pre-crisis superman is the strongest of all american super heroes. 2nd we never really see the extent of boo's magic, hes not really matured mentally and all we ever see him create is candy, and 1 time he brought babidis arms and legs back. boo's magic probably surpasses babidis, we just never see him do anything really impressive.
but besides that if superman was somehow able to beat him up, boo would just absorb him, and it would still be a wrap

Because Superman is just going to let that goo wrap around him, instead of spinning around at super speed and shaking it off, or using omnidirectional HV? Especially since he's faster than anyone in DBZ by orders of magnitude.
