Superman creates low intensity heat vision( make it flash like sun light with enough heat to burn his eyes). Can goku fight blind? Piccolo clearly has the advantage since goku has to look directly into his eyes, piccolo stop using the attack ( its to overpowered).
how durable do you think his eyes are? If solar flare can blind him( damaging the retina so he can't see) then superman will do it with ease. Look at that piccolo scan again "the distraction is from those hands", he has the advantage. To overpowered( that's why its forgotten).
