He did put the whammy on 6 of the Justice League at once in his first encounter, imprisoned Gammemnae (an insanely powerful mage) in Atlantis for 3,000 using Kyle Rayner's heart and the souls of the JLA, and in general is a very strong mage.

His Inukchuck move grants him major physical power too.

I think Manitou Raven'd stomp Shaman.

I'm fully aware what he did, and he didn't do anything Shaman hasn't done himself.

Meh! Shaman could shrink him down to an inch big.

ORLY? Talisman would stomp here, Raven vs. Shaman would be extremly close.
