Jacope, you are Peruvian and that is why you are Catholic. Not to stereotype, but you were taught to beleive everything you beleive.
I understand that your family has a strong devotion to God, and that you yourself love your family and trust what they beleive, and have adopted it to your own beliefs.
Great....but as a former Catholic, trust me...I know a hell of a lot about Catholicism, and about its history....its rather controversial history I may add.
Please do not debate me in Catholicism, because I will humiliate you.
Well since you put it that way, you had 20 years of experience while i had 15......not much of a difference to me since I have been going to catholic school, ever since I was a child.

Dude....I grew up Catholic...I knew more about this religion than my own family did, then most of the students in my school had. I have read the Bible so extensively, that is the reason I turned away from it. I have done research on the History of the Roman Catholic Church, which was another reason I turned away from it.
Catholicism is different in many parts of the world...In Peru the customs are one way, in United States they go another way....
The simple fact that you have shown an igorance towards the massive negativity and atrocities that the Catholic church has been responsible for throughout history, INCLUDING the promotion of racism that has existed in Peru for quite some time, and destruction of Ancient Inca culture....shows how little you know about your own religion.

And i STILL have 5 years ahead of you..not just in Catholic knowledge, but in personal growth as well...you got a while to go sonny...before your mind opens. When I was 15, I was JUST as closed minded and ignorant as you are now....
Wouldn't it be kneel down... unless you like them delivered by someone bent over, but that doesn't seem very comfortable for the blower (though that might not matter to the blowee.)
