Just an observation here, you mention your sexuality at the drop of a hat and find ways to include it in conversation(in most of your topics regardless of the forum) leaving yourself open to someone else's views.

Feceman doesn't do the same in regards to religion and posts.

Lets get this straight. Just because a nation has the majoirty of a particular religion, say Islam, that does not make it an Islaminc Nation.

An Islamic nation is one that uses Islamic religious law as its state law.

The Philippines is NOT a Christian nation. It is a majority Christian nation.

If I was talking about the Fillipino people then yes, you would be correct.

However, since I was talking about the Philippines (nation), the word I uesd was correct.

So hold your fire until you make sure that I have indeed used the terms incorrectly, which I did not.

The Philippines is the name of the nation, Filipinos is the name of its inhabitance as it is with that of Great Britain, its inhabitance aint great british or are they as it is with us here in Norway we are Norwegian not Norways?

As you said...As I said...Philippines is the name of the nation. Filippino is the name of the people. I followed those rules so you have nothing to "be technical" about.

Philippines the name of the country. Filipino is the name of the people. Thats what the Philippines' government has stated. Thats the official regulations in the academic community for English. End of story.
