speaking of missing hands...actually...if you look at the picture of Liz, Jack and Barbossa walking on the beach...you will notice that Barbossa is definetly missing his left hand...

doesn't Jack look so tough in that picture...gosh I love him

If i imagined it then im sorry...my mind is playing tricks on me (though i swear i have seen it somewhere....)

but if this is a real pic then does it signify that will actually has betrayed both liz and jack for his father?

or am i just drivelling on as usual?? smile

I haven't seen that pic t. maria...but if there is one I would love to see it..yes...I think Will is definetly going to betray Jack and Liz...

But why does Will have to betray Jack and Liz to save his father...and isn't his father and jack friends.....Jack spoke very fondly of Bootstrap in movie one when he told Will all about his father...and there conversation in DMC was friendly

Yeah I agree, Will does betray everyone, but from what I hear, EVERYONE betrays everyone at some point. it's going to get confusing, I can tell already

i didnt think of that before....

so there has to be another reason for will to betray both jack and liz...

jack because he thinks he is inlove with liz?

...so what has liz done? (or more precisely...what is she going to do?)

Well I think it's a little obvious...Will is willing to betray Liz b/c Liz betrayed him by kissing Jack in DMC! I mean Liz practically tells Will she cant be trusted in AWE (well according to the leaked script), and Will practically tells her she's IN LOVE WITH JACK!!!

Maybe Liz leads on the other guy to her advantage? But then if she does betray Jack or Will, it seems a little repetitive with the end of DMC unless she feels a need to PROVE her real love?

i'm in this new phase we're I'm convinced Elizabeth WILL end alone, for the most part, with her son. Maybe I just want it to be that way. Elizabeth the pirate, leading her own band, owning her own ship, visiting the boys once in a while or something.

It would be too "Crouching tiger, hidden dragon" for her to do some "immortal love" thing with Will (plus, come on, this isn't Princess Bride, and they have NOT built up their love enough to pull that off. It would be a guilt trip thing), it would be too Fabio seduces the princess for her to end unconditionally with Jack, and seriously, James is too good for her.

Does anyone else think there's no good way for her to end with ANY of the guys?

I think what I like about Crouching Tiger is on how the theif relates so much to Jack's character. He even wears the band and the hair braids lol.

To him the dessert represents freedom, he's only escape. And we see this princess who is suppose to be all proper wanting to be a warrior. Really cute smile

giggle Lizzie anyone?

I think we might see Lizzie alone--but not as in no partner. I think by the ending we could be seeing a lonely lizzie in her point of view with her son wink
