Hate to burst your bubble.. but for some odd reason, even though I haven't really read any Strange comics since I was a kid (30 years ago)... but Doc Strange came to mind. Don't know why, but there it is.
I can't see Doctor Strange beating Superman unless it's a version of Superman who is highly susceptible to magic.

But they could beat supes on a whim. Iceman cant die, Invisible Woman can put forcefields in his brain. The Phycics will mind rape him. Iron man will give him Kryptonite radiation.

The problem you're facing is also that of Superman being able to speed blitz people. I give you those tht can take on galactus such as Jean and Rachel.. but characters who cannot react fast enough and don't have the durability like Professor X, Emma frost and Wolverine there's no chance. Even hulk a blood thirsty superman would be able to beat by flying him into the sun.
There's nothing any of the fantastic four could really do as Superman's bioforcefeild protects him on a celular level, so a forcefeild in the brain doesn't stand a better chance than a forcefeild from outside.
Iceman would be a stalemate as there's nothing either could really do to beat the other
