There is no rhyme nor reason to the #1 contender spot.
Though back in the day the IC champ was the #1 contender. I believe the last time it was enforced was Hogan/ Warrior but i may be wrong.
Ditto. He's stale as Hell, but he's not THAT bad. It's the bookers who need to let his nuts breathe for a bit.
Also, WWE needs to never compare Orton/Cena to Rock/Austin, HBK/Bret, or Hogan/Macho again. It doesn't even come close to measuring up to any of those rivalries.
Ziggler and Cesaro? Great. Really.
Tag match was solid as usual, though repetition is wearing in.
Bellas actually put on a decent show.
Cena and Orton? [SPOILER - highlight to read]: Either of those RKOs should have ended the match. ****ing travesty, and it was a good match up til then. Lesnar/Cena 3? You just know Cena will go over him, then Rollins might cash in, setting up for a match with Reigns when he comes back.
Show and Rusev was meh. Was hoping for a turn from Henry.
AJ/Paige was... Okay. Not as good as they could be.
Miz/Sheamus was solid, but saw the ending coming a mile away. Really think the result was the wrong choice.
Main event was pretty damn good. Rough, brutal, with some really nice spots. The end... Not sure. Though a feud between those two could be pretty epic.
(sighs) Sad..really sad. It would have been so interesting and FRESH to have Orton in the ring with Lesnar. Though..no leave it to WWE with the same ol sh!t with Cena getting another g-dam title shot. No one wants to see Cena/Lesnar 3.
I also heard, that the damn Bella's match was more than Paige/Aj match.
I guess we can say.
Paige is finished
Rusev is going to be finished when you know who gets his hands on him.
Orton seems finished.
Lesnar will be finished by the "you know who" that finishes Rusev.
Paige, honestly, was poor. She's capable of far better, and if she'd not careful she could end up as another Natalya when the likes of Charlotte Flair and Sasha Banks come up from NXT.
Yep and you don't think he is a cancer? This guy practically kills rivalry's. As I said anyone across from Cena in the ring, is THE TRUE UNDERDOG. I also hate the fact that the WWE protects this guy in which his losses, always have a bullish!t excuse.
When he lost to Daniel Bryan..he had a lump on his elbow.
When he lost to The Rock..he " Beat himself"
He lost bad to Lesnar at Summeslam, but got to bring his Superman force to make Lesnar look like a ***** at NOC.
It's ****ing Hogan all over again, though. What makes it worse, is that Vince is apparently worse than Cena for pushing this shit. He wants his champion to be this big, body-builder, roidy magoo looking mother****er.
Orton's a lazy ****, but at least he was willing to make it look like he was injured and in pain from the fight. Cena practically ****ing hopped and skipped after the match. WTF.
Kind of sad how women wrestlers get treated in WWE. Vince doesn't want to be seen as being some sort of carny sideshow, yet he lets TNA make him look bad when it comes to women wrestlers.
Yeah. Vince is the real foul stench in all of this. Does he even see what's going on? All he cares about is Cena and the kids, soccer moms, and teenage fan girls. Every one else, can f**k off.
I honestly think Paige SHOULD move to TNA, were they would utilize her wrestling talents. What's even worse is, Paige being called, THE ANTI-DIVA is now going to join TOTAL DIVAS (SMFH)
Alright for real though, Ziggler/Cesaro was the best wrestling match of the night. Though, what the heck is next for these guys? I hope to god they don't separate them just yet, maybe an Intercontinental tournament between the two of them. I'd love to see them in a ladder match kinda like Triple H/Rock back in the day. Or Razor/HBK. Classic Intercontinental title stuff.
I mean, these two are arguably some of the best wrestlers on the card, and a bigger stipulation match should push them towards the end of the card. Though I get going on first (start with a real good match.)
I just like these two dudes.
As for Orton/Cena: What else can be said? Those RKO's were sick, Cena was getting beaten and then got a move off and won. It's textbook, and I'm not excited for the Orton/Lesnar match. Maybe WWE will throw us a bone and bring in a triple threat type set up.
And Ambrose/Rollins was really entertaining, but once they rolled out the stretcher, it was clear what the next shot was. Very Mick Foley of Ambrose. I was hoping Ambrose would finally pin Rollins, so I was disappointed that AGAIN their bout ends with interference/bs.
He also has no definitive wins, and that's a larger issue.
Raw was Cena sucked, the Tumor was consistently brought up all night even in segments he wasn't in.
0 really good matches tonight.
Miz & Mizdow is starting to lose steam
2 heel turns in a row was horrible booking
Ziggy vs Kane was meh
Ryback still rules
Rollins looked like a boss
Cesaro looks weak again
Ambrose was ok but I'm off the bandwagon
2/10 for the Big Guy
