I liked this movie so much I just saw it yesterday I thought it was cool that Harry teamed up with Spider-man. I felt that it good have been a little better if they made venom's muscles bigger,I have a feeling when they make carnage he's going to have so much in common with venom. ex.the muscles,ect.
It only made that much over the first weekend because the first 2 were really good, so everyone was hyped up over the 3rd one coming out so alot went and saw it when it first came out
I don't understand the point of you even coming onto the spider-man forum all you ever do is ***** and moan about how much you hate the movies, and it's tiring we all get it, everyone knows by now that you hate the film can we move on?
You don't think more people aren't? Why would they suddenly stop? It just takes one person to convince three or four of their friends it's worth seeing and they'll go watch it. Besides, I know listening to people say a movie sucked never stopped me from seeing it, so I can guarantee you many many many more will see it next weekend.

I didn't say it was not good, I said it could have been much much MUCH better. They had a lot of good stuff to work with and they had a lot of good ideas, but they F*'d it up due to reasons I've already mentioned. Its still better then Spiderman 2 though.
Also, just because a movie makes a lot of money does not make it good. The previous #1 opening weekend went to Pirates 2 and I thought that movie was horrendous, I stopped watching it because I couldn't take it anymore. Money made does not equal goodness.
Spiderman 3 was a decent movie but it really fell flat on its face in almost all the major aspects.

and many many intelectual viewers will be displeased like me.
one thing is suspend your believe and shut down your brain to enjoy a movie,the other is see a movie bad done,some people loved superman returns,xman3,and titanic,what does that prove?
Seriously man, are you that stupid that you cant realise that the money a movie makes has almost nothing to do with how good it is? Spidey 3 was a huge hyped movie, its backing its success on the success of the first two (mainly the first) Spiderman movie. People are forking out the money to see it because a) its Spiderman and the first one was awesome and the second one was pretty good too, b) because Venom is in it, and c) because everyone else is doing it. Its the "gotta see movie" but its not the "gotta see movie" because its good, its the gotta see movie because its the "cool thing to do" and "everyone is going to see it". Hype can lead to massive success when the thing isnt deserving of that kind of success.
