Why not do it across the board. The poor are all of one unit. Crime and poverty is not a racial thing. How can the color of ones skin make them want to rob a bank.

Can you imagine a White guy thinking or saying: My skin is White. That means the cells in the pigmentation in my skin tissue will somehow travel up my spinal cord and into my brain, influencing it and making me want to commit a crime. Damn pigmentation cells. Not that I'm poor, i don't even have children yet but if i were poor i'd think about how i'm gonna raise a child and the expenditures that come with it. Not because it's a beautiful thing to have kids.

the inner city are loaded with children of this kind. With parents who had kids on a whim, who weren't planning on having kids or were neither ready mentally to deal with one (or 2 or3), for years to come resulting in kids getting neglected and turning out fcuked..

So what i'm saying is: Poor People of the World!. Stop Having Kids If you can't afford 'em!

But what do poor single mothers care right? I mean, the gov't will take half of what i earn every week and give it to them, right. Everything's in it for them..
