No it's not, racism is thinking that one race is better in something then another race without factual evidence to support that. It doesn't mean you hate them.
It's like with a cow, I don't hate cows yet I eat them and find it good that people breed and kill them by the millions because I think they are on this earth to give me a good steak. No emotion at all, it could easily be that with somebody of another race, no emotion just the feeling that they are there to serve you and your race because you are superior.
Okay... how about contempt, disdain and/or maybe a mild disgust? But hey, if someone thinks other humans are lesser because of a difference in skin color/ethnicity, just maybe their isn't hate.

Bullshit. Racism is one thing, superiority is another. If your definition of racism includes some aspect of "superior", then you are entertaining some passive aggressive version of hatred. You don't have to hate, you just have to think you're better. Thinking you're better without pointing it out is passive resentment. Period.

Then define how "superior" you are to someone/anyone, and then try to define how you don't think less of them based on their race, when that very assumption is based on them being a different race. How is that possible?

Isn't viewing a person as inferior strictly on skin color a form of hatred? You are a lower being simply because of your skin - that is not hatred?
If you put this definition into ANY form of application, it is clear that it is hatred.
