Do you even know what trans fat is? I highly doubt it seeing how you compare it to poison. Second hand smoke is bullshit, However believing in second hand smoke you have to believe that there is consequential second hand smoke from pot. Pot is outlawed for the similar reasons because it is harmfull to ones health. I was simply trying to say that The public has no say in what the government deems legal and illegal.
In downtown pitsburgh, YES in the city you can only smoke in designated smoking areas. Now tell me how this isnt an infringment on my rights? I am smoking a wide open area where the smoke drifts away and not in an enclosed room. I can more than understand not smoking in restaurants, but outside ina city where pollution is more rampant than cigarete smoke...really now

This is just one of many Studies done disproving second hand smoke. So yes reality is bullshit...your reality atleast. Dont worry though, your ignorance is forgiven because studies like this are shrouded by the media's rush to have smoking banned altogether.

Who cares whether it's real or not? The smell is enough for it be banned for some people, not to mention the litter of cigarette butts. I personally am not in favour in any way of it being banned, but a lot of people are.
