As soon as Storm asked him to form a mind link it was practically instant though , he was able to tell us the Dragons thoughts immediately. He then was going to probe deeper but he sensed that the Dragons was upset that he touched it's mind and for some reason stood he stood in one place while it threw a building at him. Off-topic but Usually telepaths would get react to sensing that they're about to be attacked.
You can put a speed on the conception of the thought...which is why everyone agrees that Superman would speedblitz Xavier. But I don't think you can put a speed on telepathy, as what you're suggesting would mean that it travels many millions of times the speed of light.
Xavier has accessed the Universal Collective Conscious(Which I don't even think exists physically) with his telepathy, Nate and Jean have communicated through dimensions...seems more like a tranverse space/time sort of thing.
And then psionic energy has differed in all it's forms: Psionic energy has been called TK Energy and TK works at the speed of light.(I have a scan)....but Psionic energy has also been called life energy and telepathic energy...which makes the whole thing convoluted and headwrecking.

I've seen to many instances where it seems to take longer than normal not counting TP blocks and that sort of thing. Just like in comics it doesn't seem to have a defined speed sometimes multiples the speed of light and other times the normal speed of thought.
new son might be able to do it. that gambit guy. iceman probably can. rachel summers could on a good day. that one guy who adapts might be able to turn to krypotnite. darwin i think. if he doesn't get blitzed to all hell. proteus definitely could. as could franklin richards if they didn't get blitzed to hell. proteus might not be able to be hurt while in that blob form. scarlet witch and mad jim are both mutants correct? i'm sure they can do it.
You said both Magneto and Polaris were displayed on-panel to be planet crushers. Now you’re saying it’s just hyperbole? Just statements? Cause Superman has plenty of those. Superboy said Superman destroy the planet with a sneeze, Superman stating he could destroy a planet to both the Infinity Man, and those Elementals in For Tomorrow, Batman saying Superman crack the planet in half, etc.
Here it’s directly stated that he has the power to shatter worlds. And yes, this is cannon to the current incarnation of Superman.
So what? It stills shows that he was able to destroy a moon.
You said that Superman hasn’t shown the ability to destroy anything the size of a city, physically. Smashing into something is a physical attack.
It was during his Post-Death Power Up. Sometime during the 90s.
Because we all know that Superman becomes weaker as time goes by, right?
Everything that happened during the 90s isn’t inadmissible. It’s just that Superman has gotten stronger over the years, not weaker. At first he couldn’t survive in space unaided, these days he can survive in space indefinitely, Even Titus remarked how Superman had gotten stronger since the last time they fought. Bring up stuff like Superman getting knocked out by a gas station explosion is pretty meaningless, considering current superman wasn’t knocked out by one while he was nearly powerless. Some of the things that happened in the 90s and late 80s are simply outdated, and some are longer even cannon because of the alteration in Superman’s history.
