Not really, speed is speed, depends how you use it.

If he used it he would win, if he didn't then stalemate.

Soljer we both know what happens in these big slugfests. Speed wouldnt win the day here. it wouldnt even be taken into account. This is how its always been done in comics. If you brought WW Hulk over to meet Superman you and I both know they would be wailing on each other.

Speed isn't speed. Traveling to the sun and back's cool. But it doesn't mean that you'd be able to react and throw punches at that speed. It just means that you can get from point A to point B at that speed.

Nah no way WW Hulk would stalemate him at the end of 5 when he was about to ruin the east coast just by taking steps.

I know but thats the only way the two would meet. But when they have met in these unusable crossovers they slugged it out. Thats how it would happen in a comic as well.

Its just the way it is. No one wants to see speed just win the day in a clash like this. The fans would feel cheated if Superman just dodged all his blows and whipped his ass. Im a realist and if they fought it would turn into a slugfest. But you are welcome to disagree good buddy. Now I really gotta read an issue of countdown be back soon.
