I don't know. I don't know the tiers very well. Being familiar with the term meta-human, it would ache to see him end up there though.
No, Outland happened when he opened one specific portal and Draenor was ripped to pieces. As for it being a Paramount spell, this I can not prove and for that reason will not elaborate, but the concept of Paramount is that it is an omnipotent spell. It is limited only by the level of output, and Ner'Zhul had a great deal of output. His artifacts were of insane magnitude.
Archimonde's level of output was displayed when he razed Dalaran, a feat far more impressive than most WoW and Warcraft players realize.

Legacy of Kain, somewhere between page 20 and page 40 you personally destroyed BT's claim he was high herald. I recently debated Spiderman against him, I, having debated against him many, many times in games v.s., suggest he be set in low-mid meta.

But you wouldn't know as you rest your head.
I know what I said. I just didn't know what kain you were talking about.
Since there is
Kain, archetype in the game Fire Emblem.
Kain, the protagonist of the Legacy of Kain series of videogames.
Kain from the anime movie Tenchi Muyo! in Love.
Kain Akatsuki/Akatsuki Kain from Vampire Knight
Kain An/Kain Ji An/Kainzu/Kainzu Ji En/Kainz Ji An/Josh Kain from Phantasy Star II & the Text Adventures
Kain Blueriver of Lost Universe.
Kain Heinlein from Garou
Kain Highwind in the Square Co., Ltd. game Final Fantasy IV.
Kain Phalanx from Shadow Skill
I'd say Kain is Mid Meta based on versatility. As far as raw power and combat effectiveness are concerned (based on his matchup with a Low Meta, Spider-Man, being fairly equal and there being arguments on both sides) I'd say he only barely scratches the tier, but Low Meta is probably too low for him.
