If i am correct, Mods can not Ban someone. I think that is how it is here at KMC also. You have to use the ADMIN panel to do that. I could be wrong though maybe Bada has a better idea.

Doing a little research, it seems you can not ban someone if you are a moderator on the other site. I guess they believe deleting post or moving/locking them is enough. too much power can corrupt i guess lol
