SCAN ONE: First scan, Sentry using enough power to destroy Hulks big ship by flying through it.
SCAN TWO: Sentry is comsumed by power and is enjoying himself and ha s a devilish smile. Nothing much.
SCANE THREE: Sentry speedblitzs Hulk (?) and blow up a chunk of the walls and builings he went through with Hulk. Should have been more damage seeing as he just blew up the ship doing the same.
SCAN FOUR: He knows Hulk is the only one he can hit and actually survive the punch so uppercuts him. Hulk says Sentry doesn't want this but Sentry says he does.
SCAN FIVE: In one punch Hulk is sent flying and we se Sentry is his superior at the moment.
SCAN SIX: Sentry not using his full speed at all obviously because Hulk manages to actually speak, Sentry has flew to the Sun in seconds. Obviously not going all out.
SCAN SEVEN: Hulk manages to punch Sentry full on in the face causing an explosion. Not an inmcredible eat by Hulk but still pretty good reactions and speed.
SCAN EIGHT: The Hulk that punched Sentry and caused an explosion hits Sentry four times and each one Sentry is saying a word. All together it is: Good. Just. Once. More. If it was bothering him THAT much, Sentry would have stopped him, if he wanted to he could have used his speed especially.
SCAN NINE: Sentry SMILES after being hit hard in the face by WWH and hits him with two hands so hard you can see an explosion of..power or god knows what when he does.
SCAN TEN: A doubled handed uppercut caused a huge explosion through the city.
SCAN ELEVEN: Hulk is on fire and his friend calls out his name in worry. Sentry is in the sky in a twister of fire and energy.
SCAN TWELVE: A chunk of the city is on fire after a punch and his friends try to put Hulk out.
SCAN THIRTEEN: Hulk looks like hes grabbing energy? Or something and jumps up.
SCAN FOURTEEN: Sentry asks Hulk "does it always feel this way to let go" and then they are about to collide.
SCAN FIFTEEN: Sentry punches Hulk a couple of times and Hulk getss tronger and grabs his army. Sentry says funny.
SCAN SIXTEEN: Sentry says its funny he can't stop while a huge huge tornado of fire and energy engulf the city. Sentry and Hulkare punching each other while Sentry says goodbye.
SCAN SEVENTEEN: Sentry and Hulk are punching the crap out of each other and Sentry starts talking.
SCAN EIGHTEEN: Same as above but Hulk talks this time.
SCAN NINETEEN: They carry on punching and make an explosion and a big boom, looking like in STRENGTH they are equal.
SCAN TWENTY: They are punching each other over and over and they are losing power even know fanboys disagree. Then at human levels meaning not Hulk and not Sentry Bruce punches Bob.
SCAN TWENTY ONE: Bob says thanks and falls down. This is not Sentry that lost. He stalemated with Hulk. They lost power at the same time so Hulk didn't depower on purpose. Explain that. But what has got everyone in a fuss is Bruce smiling with green eyes. So in my opinion its all opinion and we have to wait.

Ok lets say hulk did run out of energy and so did sentry...ok...this is like when two boxers are kocked to the ground and one has to get back up before the ten count...banner easily turned back into hulk...bob...well he looked like he was just gang banged, it was clear to see hulk had the advantage...sentry got his ass beat, hulk took a beating too but no where near as bad as sentry, hulk was the last one standing, banner is hulk and bob is sentry they went to the ends of what their ulter ego's had and then banner finished it off, its like a tag team match you don't say just becasue one guy pinned the other that one guy won the match, the team did and hulk and banner are more than a team they are one person...please people lets be real about this.
I don't think there's any sensible reason for the powerdown other than the fact that they're both shapeshifters with multiple personalities who only have partial control over the process. We've seen unexplained interactions between these two before. Why should this be any different?

NRAMA: The Sentry’s "Goodbye old friend" - what was that prelude to? I don't mean to sound like the guy who only saw the special effects and missed the story - but what happened to the Sentry and Hulk to change them back to Bob and Bruce? Was this Bruce consciously deciding to stop, to save the world by sending the Hulk away?
GP: "Goodbye old friend" is the Sentry's way of saying that he figures they're both going to die now that he's unleashed his power so completely. Bob and Bruce appear because these two megaheavyweights have pounded each other so hard and so long that they've forced each other to revert to their respective puny human forms.
and unfortunately for The Sentry, that isn't the end of it, as far as Hulk goes. 'cos he comes back exponentially stronger, while The Sentry is completely spent, done for, out for the count and completely at the mercy of Hulk.
from the fact that the Hulk was back, exponentially stronger, breaking up the whole world... that bit in-between Sentry going down for the count and Stark siccing the satellite's weapon system on Hulk.
Yup, Hulk was even stronger and more powerful a few pages later when he freaked out about what Miek did, as it states in the interview. Sentry thought that he had tapped out Hulk completely, and the writer even states that Sentry realized he was tapped out. Hulk had tapped out his rage (but not his energy), and transformed down as well. As soon as his rage peaked again, he was back to full force and even stronger than before.
