I hated that series. They totally ruined the Legion. I only watched 2 or 3 episodes before I turned it off in disgust. Reminds me too much of Teen Titans (the animated show, which also sucked)

I wouldn't say that. He can certainly duke it out with him but both Superman are reluctant to bring out a speed blitz. He also lacks the feats to tank a full powered Kamehameha.

well the flash here is seen going around the world I think about 7 times in under a minute, (the last couple of times he had tapped into the speed force though so was going a lot faster tha nsuperman can go) but before it took him about 8 seconds to travel around the globe once before tapping into the speed force
superman has been shown to keep up with a flash not using the speed force
