Yes I was analysing your response to my analogy. Obvoulsy somebody should be punished for murder so somebody has to be held accountable. I inetepreted you saying that famlies should not be punished as you saying that not everybody should be held accountable but some people should.
So the stance is still the same Europe doesnt ahve to do **** all.

Yea, some, like I said. Still doesn't take away that Europeans advanced beyond others quicker, mainly because of geography. Granted, I am not saying Europeans invented everything or were inherently smarter than others, but historical facts remain.
That is a huge aspect in the ancient world, now isn't. It's not like the Romans conquered and controlled because they ran around wildly with bone clubs, or do you think that? They also didn't destroy everybody, they subjugated people... destroying is counterproductive.

You mean if they had better or equal battle technology to the Romans, yeah, it's possible. Fact it, the reason the Celts advanced, was because Rome conquered them, by the time Rome pulled out, the Celts had integrated many aspects of Roman civilization into their own. One thing Rome did, was spread knowledge and technology (their own and others), while they were conquering, no?
The Romans didn't kill everyone, that is counter productive. They subjugated people, so they could exploit them. Killing everyone = no profit. So the Celts were highly educated and they were all killed, yet you know this how, if they were all killed?
