Zuke grinned as he heard the words. He had at one point in his life met Iroh, and it was the greatest honor he had ever lived trough. It was only for a few minutes, while he stopped by a restaurant and waited for a friend of his. The few words they switched would forever stay at Zuke's heart..
He then turned to face Zuru with a grin.. Then hadnt been introduced yet, but it didnt matter.. Zuke wasnt the shy kind "He's fond in tea alright.. I cant wait to get a taste of it as well.. I hope he has some ready for us"

"I am sorry if I seem distant. I am just in thought." He turned and smiled at Uno. "You are quite young. At your age I was hot headed literally. I thought I was the best of the best, as indeed at the time I was. But..." Zekel stared out at the water. "I found out the had way that being the best always means there is someone better than you somewhere." He smirked. "Its a long, long story and I dont think I can tell you it all." He looked at her. Uno reminded him of Hou, he didnt know why. "So you are leading this?"

Zuru smiled at Zuke, his eyes studying him. "I hope so, too." He jumped down from the railing and stood before the man. "So what's your name, Stranger?"
He held out a hand before he could answer, his small smile turning into a grin. "I'm Zuru, pleasure to meet another soldier." He still offered his hand to Zuke as he added, "Not many firebenders are on this journey."
Uno smiled and nodded at Zekelaz. He seemed like a nice guy and when he mentioned he was the best for a time, all she could think of was Iroh. She however removed that thought from her mind and looked at him once more. He was an interesting person that she looked forward spending more time with.
"I am not going to lead this and I am NOT young. I am as good as adult. If Hou stays, she will be the leader but if she does not stay then we will have no specific leader. Possibly Iroh. This will be fun, right?"
"I'm surprised to see we are this many, honestly.. My name is Zuke.. It's a pleasure to meet another firebender" Zuke grinned as he took a strong grip at Zuru's hand and gave a steady handshake. He then let go of his hand, clenched his left fist and ran it gently into his other hand, just at the lower palm of it. He closed his eyes in a nod. It was a traditional salute within the firenation.

"Yes this should be fun. But also dangerous..." He smiled at her. "Are you prepared to face your destiny?" He watched her closely. "Fully prepared?" so Hou is still on the boat. "Yes this journey should be interesting." He said to himself more so than Uno. He wondered. "Who are your parents Uno?" The boat lurches in the wind.
(Actually Uno is ok. Forget Una)

"I am very prepared to face my destiny and fully prepared, SIR!"
Uno stood straight, giving a saluting motion and giggled at his choice of words. He sounded so serious, which actually was understandable. It was a serious task, but nothing said they could not have fun while doing so. She was looking forward to seeing the world and being with her new group members.
"Unfortunatly Hou has never told me about who my father is. That is alright though, as Hou Attar makes up for any father anytime. She is a lovely mother and does a wonderful job on her own. You would love her if you got to know her. So would everyone in this group. I can introduce you properly to her if you like"
She smiled, holding her hands behind her back and looking up at the man.
Hazanko descended from the lower cabins gingerly. He could barely see the floor beneath him, but could feel sight as far as the wind could carry him. Everything was so clear and tuned. The only time his image was sharp was when there was always little to see. He was great full for it though. He mead his way to the railing were his left hand stretched out towards the water. In a sweeping motion, he bent the water from the side next of the ship and brought up to him. The large ball that had formed before him was still as though glass. Taking his right hand he formed a blazing heat that evaporated the water into mist, but did not leave his hand. As the water became more like air, and the salt trickled towards the water below, he cut the flame and froze the water. Immediately, like wiping the vapor from a glass, the water solidified again this time a deeper blue then the water around him. Still it took it shape as the large ball, and he, smiling, pulled a water pouch from his bag, dropped the water ball inside, closed it and tied it to his side.
Not really worried who saw this distillation process he followed the railing to the bow of the ship. The wind was stronger he, and he wanted to stand and balance himself at the tip. For no particular reason other then the childish feeling of wanting freedom and flying away to reach it. Freedom from his blindness, his past, from his duty, and from her! How he loathed her for toying with him. That he may fail so that she could succeed. “Anyone can be an Avatar,” he mumble, his voice swallowed by the whipping breeze, “it’s merely a choice by the god who rules this world. She chooses the avatar, not fate. All so that balance is met. And with each Avatar…”he paused looking down at clenched fists. Not seeing clenched fists of course, but knowing they were clenched. He didn’t want to finish his statement. It was a harsh reality that he was reminded of every time he awoke to a world of darkness, but that we was speaking it now of his own volition was depressing. “For every Avatar, there is a guardian.” He picked his head up and plopped down at the bow.
Such anger will impede our mission, he told himself, assuming the seating position of a meditating monk, We can not allow that this become our impediment. If you were not deemed worthy of vision, then by her will. But you, above all people are called to guide the Avatar. No one else. They search for her, for you! That when you find her, you will be able to teach her. His mind reverted back to his sack that contained the many scrolls. That is why you found the library, the arboretum, the mausoleum, the cove, and everything they contained. You exist for her His emotions dwindled until they were no longer existent and the elements around him followed suit. The waves became flat and the wind still. You exist for her…
Zekelaz stood silent for a moment. He seemed suprised. "Hou...is your-" He diverted his gaze from her to the mid-day sun blareing down but any heat given off by it was stolen by the ocean wind. "-mother?" He finished. "I didn't know, hmmm. Yes-" He looked back to Uno with a friendly smile. 'A little secret then' He thought. "-I would love to be introduced to Hou." He said. 'And-' He thought '-to go back in time and replay the scene on that warming beach' His eyes brightened. "Lets.." He waited for Uno to make a move.
[ To be completely honest...When it comes to the Avatar I havnt got a clue what im talking about...But if there is any foresight and divine knowledge and wisdom it comes from watching Yoda and the force and Star Wars books and films disregarding the prequel trilogy lol ]

She looked at Zekelaz who looked weird in a way. She did not know if it was the uncomfortable kind, or if it was some other kind of weird look but she decided not to comment that anymore. She instead smiled, grabbed his hand and started walking towards lower deck.
"Yes, Hou is my mother. Why? Is there something wrong with that?"
[In a way, bending can be compared to the force. The way they use the force is pretty much the same way they use the bending skills. The difference is of course, the different elements and a couple of other things. But the concept about keeping a settled mind, maintaining control over yourself and those things while bending/using the force is the same ]
"I need to go find Uno.." He saluted back to him. "We can talk again later." He nodded slightly before walking to the other end up the boat, hoping to meet Uno by then.
Uno walked down to the lower deck and nodded to the people that she passed along the way. She could not wait to get to know them all a little better, or possibly as well as possible. She turned to Zekelaz and smiled as she gently knocked on the door to the cabin. She waited a few moments before the voice of a mumbling Hou was heard, telling them to enter. Uno smiled, opened the door and pushed Zekelaz inside before speaking.
"I believe you two have met, but Zekelaz seem to have forgot. Zekelaz, this is my mother, Hou Attar. You two met on the beach a while back. Do remember that being an earthbender has more benefits than simply moving rocks"
She smiled, winked at him with her left eye and gave him the peace sign with her middle and index finger before closing the door with Zekelaz inside the room with Hou. Uno then walked out from the lower deck, to the back of the longboat.
Zekel simply nedded hoping the youth didnt know as much as she seemed to. "Yes we spoke. It became a bit teary for me heh but I forgot. I didnt know she was your mother." He turned to Uno with a massive smile but held the solem features of his previous expresion of slight shock, hoping she wouldnt catch this lie so he stopped talking. He looked at Hou who was sinisterly grinning at her daughter as she left the room.

"I see you met Uno. Do not mind her, as she is a very friendly girl. She is a bit of a tease often, but you get used to it. I however would not be surprised if she knew in detail about the beach. She sense voices and words, as well as actions trough the earth. You have no idea how tough it is to keep secrets from that girl. She is impossible at times"
Hou grinned as she sat up from the bed and turned to Zekelaz. She rolled her eyes when she thought about Uno, hoping Uno had not made an entire fool out of her good old mother. Or herself for that matter. She then brushed the thought away and smiled at Zekelaz.
"Oh im sure its okay." He smiled and arched an eyebrow. "Keeping secrets isn't the best choice to make..." He looked her over; looking the same as when he last saw her. "I didnt know she was your daughter."

Zuru walked quietly to the back of the boat, his eyes shifting back and forth as he looked for Uno. "Where is that girl?" He mumbled, dragging his feet along the deck.
