None of those nerfs/buffs are final though. Hopefully they leave the game as is.
There are a lot of nerfs that make no sense whatsoever. I mean making Blanka ball even more punishable while chars like Bison and Honda keep their safe special moves?
Removing Seth's jumping fierce? There goes his keepaway game.
Nerfin Ken's lp DP? What? If anything Ken needs real buffs not nerfs. At least make his sweep as fast as Ryus so you can score a knockdown in combos and work on mixups from there.
People are going to complain about it again, but hey TU is so LOLtastic right now. Used to be people were afraid of TU and this gave Sagat room to breath and do the fireball thing....nowadays people don't give a shit about it and just go for broke taking the sissy damage to the chin.
I like how Hakan, Makoto, Guy all got buffs. They really need them.
It is fun though trying to figure out the reasoning behind their "rebalance."
IMO Super is fine as it is. They just need to buff the shitty tier and leave the characters that are good alone. A bad nerf could cripple a character.
Apparentely Guile won't get meter from sonic booms....LOL WHAT??

have to be mistakes, as in the team forgot to program these into the game. I'm gonna try hard not to jump to any conclusions cuz they did alotta shit that I didn't care for with Super (nerfing Akuma's HK loop) and things turned out decent. I'll just cross my fingers and hope to God that Capcom didn't phuck the game up. I bet they got their nerf ideas from "top players" again. Whinny ass JP players influencin' Capcom! I never understand their logic.

the reason for my lol'ing over TU buff is because he still has access to tiger scar.. I think its true that he should be a feared character, but it seems he has other ways aside from TU to keep you from jumping in / at fireball distance
I personally try not to jump-in on anyone with a dp >_> it makes me nervous
but yeah.. buffs instead of nerfs are in order, I agree
Who knows if angry scar is still in the game. I think they will buff the TU so it does damage like Ryu/Ken/Akuma and when he is Angry Scarred it does damage equivalet to his vanilla counterpart. I can live with that...but then they go and nerf his high tiger shot(OUCH) and his medium and heavy Tiger Knee. Whaaaa? Well at least they gave him his standing light kick its cancelables properties(which rocks) I can only conclude Capcom wants Sagat players to be more offensive. Also in Super SF4 Sagat's godly standing roundhouse does shitty damage when it hits an airborne opponent. I think it does even less damage than a poke and that is just retarded IMO.

I want Ryu's sidekick from SF3. Specially if it has juggle capabilities like in SF3/SFxTekken. I could live with Ryu being unable to escape corners with airtatsu if Ryu gets that tool.

I'm not that big of a fan 4 SF4 but as the list evolves, there seems 2 B an equal amount of buffs and nerfs. Every1 whose seen a nerf has seen a buff. 1 thing seems certain, after this, the tier lists I've seen wont B the same.

Yeah I wanted ryu's blade kick before vanilla went gold.. but I think thats not gonna happen.. I'd die laughing to see it link into metsu shoryuken though..
and I had no idea they went and nerfed that other stuff for sagat.. thats pretty harsh
I also read about adons wakeup taking longer /sniffle
getting hit with an angry scar TU should have a slight cinematic flair to it.. maybe for bragging rights... cuz i never hit anyone with it when I do it XD

I just hate how all the Sagat players ditched him in favor of Ryu in Super ~_~. Ryu has always been popular but not like this. Sucks trying to beat people who are experienced against Ryu. Which is pretty much everyone.
You just gotta get Daigo level. Everyone knows what Ryu's about and he kicks ass anyway. And what makes things even stranger, Ryu aint even at the top of the tiers.
