Three things throw your concentrated energy mumbo out the window. Buu wouldn't be using concentrated energy, Final Flash scaring people, and Warp Kamehameha scaring people.

If Gokou and Vegeta had such great control of their energy that they can compress planet busting attacks into mere crater causing blasts, Warp Kamehameha or Final Flash wouldn't need to be blasted upward to keep it from destroying the planet. They could put the same power into it, and not worry about anything, and nobody would be freaking out of said power.

I asked you if their energy output is weaker than Freeza. The reason why Goku needs to teleport before he used his full powered kamehameha is to avoid the earth destruction. Goku knows if he aimed his kamehameha directly to earth, then earth will be destroyed. And if he shot Cell from such a distance, there's a risk that the entire planet will be destroyed. This is backed by the fact that he has much more PL than Freeza(Which makes him more powerful) and in saiyan saga he countered Vegeta's garlic cannon which is supposed to destroy the earth.

And what you asked had nothing to do with what I was talking about.. It's proving Carver wrong about planet busting attacks can be condensed into crater causing blasts while having the same power.....

Me and Carver has our own opinion. Even though sometimes he got a point. And, read again what I said. Their blast would destroy the earth if it hits the earth directly. And IIRC he ever said that Thanos got hit by an attack which did nothing to his surroundings but Thanos still got hurt while we all know how powerful Thanos is. I think the same goes to DBZ.
I didn't ever say the blast wouldn't destroy Earth. Just not out right bust the planet like Kid Buu did.
I don't read Thanos..or much comics that aren't Spider-Man level or below besides Hulk and some GL and Superman. So I don't really pay attention to what people do or don't do in comics. Or if blasts are said to do something but don't.

You didnt prove anything wrong. Every blast in DBZ isnt meant to explode the way you are presuming that it would. I asked you to name a planet destroying attack that hit earth and cause nothing but a crater, you named an attack that hit Cell or frieza.
Now as for your condense energy comment, look at the part where goku first turn Super saiyan and he ask gohun to fly off with picollo. Frieza and Goku (well frieza) began battling and frieza is hitting goku with numerous of blast, just unloading on him. The energy was powerful but it didnt explode, none of it did until he hit him with a large a** blast.
All KI attacks doesnt explode for you too have an argument that Goku cant take city level blast. That argument is thrown out of the window anyway since we have Goku during his teens surviving a city level blast without a scratch on him from picollo.
LOL, so you are trying to use my argument against me. There is no reason for Buu to not want to destroy the earth and again, that was MUCH more than just a mere planet destroying attack.

First Final Flash. You cannot argue that Cell absorbed most of it's energy, since his left arm was completely obliterated, and the attack continued on.

That doesn't make any sense. They were scared because if it hit Earth it would destroy it. If people could compress the energy nobody would've cared.
