Geese's Right Hand Man, Billy Kane
(please log in to view the image)
Billy is one of Geese's more competent henchmen.
He managed to survive Iori's rampage and came back for more KOF action. But Billy does have a soft spot despite working for Geese, since he looks after his younger sister, Lily.

You talking about the anime? Joe got manhandled by Raiden and Billy was fighting Andy.

Given the choice of watching the Alpha movies or Fatal Fury, I'll go with the latter.

the ending of Billy Kane in the last FF that will ever come out.
he stands on top of geese tower and nose dives off it to be with his master. together they wreak havoc happily ever after.
Damn! I'm guessing you haven't seen the FF films recently. I don't remember the Alpha movies being that horrible. They were bad, but they were watchable at least. the 1st FF movie was boring. 2nd was bad, but watchable & the last was a ridiculous, waaaaay too far over the top mistake. I wish I'd never rented them.

I've seen them. I've seen all three of them. Krauser looks better without the 'stache. Shame about Joe, getting 24 broken bones.
But the SF Animated Movie tops all.
