The first Hell-Hound struggled up then collapsed on its side. The other came at the soldiers. Mistara issued the one and only oreder worth giving: "Fall back!" He continued to fire but had gotten up and was running backwards. Others bagan to join him. Some stupid soldier stayed and were killed.

Jacob turned around just as he arrived at the Dropship. Teichmiller was close behind and witnessed Jacob staringt a Blue soldier down that had a lot of damage to him. "Don't do it man!" Jacob just laughed and continued to point his gun in the man's face. The blue was holding an assault rifle about chest high. "Pl.. please hel.. help me." Jacob pulled the hammer back and Teichmiller started to get impatient. "What do you care? He's a Blue Teichmiller, plus no one will even know." The man twitched and dropped his rifle and quickly picked it back up. "S... say goodnight." Jacob fired first and watched as the Blue fell to his knees holding his chest. "Don't **** with me." Jacob put the pistol to the man's forehead and pulled the trigger.

Mistara heard the single shot from behind him as he ran backwards. The shot was more distinct than his own assault rifle as he covered the retreat from the front. He glanced at the medic. "You dont think-"
"I do." The medic replied
"Shit!" He glanced at Vincent. "Vinny cover the retreat!" He called before spinning on his heals and, medic in tow, made for the crashed dropship.

Jacob turned around to face two leapers. HE knew he could take them easily but his heart sank when three Hell-Hounds approuched behind them. "Teichmiller, start the dropship thrusters." Jacob opened fire on them to slow them down as Teichmiller worked the controls. "Five seconds!" The engines glowed a firery red and shot out all they had. The creatures were mostly incenerated save a few smoldering corpses. "Ha ha ha! Now that's what I'm talkin' about!" Jacob made his way out of the ship to see if anything else was there.
Briggs stood at a small rocky outcrop and ordered those following to hold there, to see if they could last at least till night.

Mistara arrived at the dropship to hear and see its thrusters fire-off, when Mistara saw Jacob, he approached. He glanced at the executed blue. "YOU BASTARD!" In rebuttle he swung his rifle's butt at Jacob's torso.

Jacob was struck in the stomach and that made him stumble back. "Are you loosing it soldier!?" He raised his sidearm up and aimed it at Mistara. Teichmiller raised his weapon and aimed it back and forth between the two. "Mistara, he was a U.S.M.O. we are Confed. personell. What I did back there was our job."

The medic arrived and looked in horror raising his weapon and pointing it between Teichmiller and Jacob.
"Hars, stand down." Mistara said to the medic, calling him by name. "Seargent." He addressed Jacob. "We are not murdurers, what you did was execution. He wasnt a threat to you." Mistara raised his weapon to the seargent. "Sir. I am sorry but I'm arresting you for executing a surrendered soldier. Stand down sergent or I 'will' execute you for war crimes. ((Dont worry he wont))

Riker started to get worried. "Seargent Briggs, I think you should check on Mistara and Jacob. They've been gone too long for just a whip-round."

vincent was ordered to cover fire, but he didnt have a normal rifle. just his snipe. this would not turn out good. he pulled out a grenade and tossed it at the hounds and took cover.
kit was running in the opposite direction as everyone completely. suddenly the ground dissapeared as he crashed through a hole. he was busted and somewhere underground. he took out his hunting knife. ~where am i~ he thought the only light came from the hole he fell through. this sucked

Jacob just laughed and walked past Mistara. "To believe I actually started to respect you." For a one last piss-off, he turned around and fired another round into the already dead Blue. He let out a deep laugh and kept walking. "Teichmiller, grab the supplies, you're with me. Unless you want to be counted as KIA like the rest of us if we don't move." Jacob finally let off a hint that he knew exactly where the Red Ops base was, just that he was leading everyone on.

Mistara lowered his weapon in defeat. "I should have joined 137th squad. At lest I'd have a nice boring desk job." Mistara pointed his rifle to his head. He was about to pull the trigger. He smiled.
The medic now passed his aim over everyone present. Unsure who to trust he pointed his gun at Teichmiller. "Move and your dead." He glanced at Jacob then Mistara pleadingly going wide eyed.

kit turned on his armor light, he was in something like a tunnel he raised his visor to see better in the dark. this was so weird. he took out his knife, he feared that he may actually have to end life this time, he could hear the sounds of feet in the tunnels,. the whisper in his mind smiled.
vincent kept sooting keeping up cover fire. but he was running out of bullets "guys this would be a good time to find a way of getting out of here!" he called to mistara. ~three clips left~ he thought ~were ****ed~

Jacob just watched the others and the ever approuching legion of creatures. He was about to shrug off what Mistara was about to do until he recieved a message. "Sergeant Book? Is that you? This is the 47Th, We're about two clicks behind you." Jacob was surprised and then a look of promise came over his face. "Hold tight 47, we're coming to your position now." A slight blur was in Jacob's visor by the time he realized what it was. "Confederation Sergeant Book, Jacob E. Team-leader of the 38TH Battalion. Unit-number 18854-R." A small light flashed twice and a cloaking device went down to reveal a Red Spec. Ops soldier.
Briggs made his way up to the situation and stated. "We don't really have time for this!"

Mistara pulled the trigger. The weapon clicked empty. His smile grew even more so as the sergent ignored him. "You knew I had no bullets." He turned and called. "TAKE COVER WITH BRIGGS!! Save your ammo!" He shouted then called. The medic was shocked. As was Teichmiller. But Jacob....

Jacob just laughed again. "I knew I should have requested an experienced team. I mean you all act like this is your first encounter with an execution." He then turned to the Ops soldier and spoke. "we have an assorted number of troops and a handful of enemy units." The Ops laughed. "Another unit give you the whole, 'you shouldn't kill a surrendering Blue speach?" He nodded before lifting his visor. "Yep, looks like they don't want to follow my orders anymore." The Ops surveyed the situation and then turned back. "At least you didn't shoot the poor kid like last time. You know I only barely got those charges dropped. I mean seriously, the rope was around your neck." Jacob turned around. "Bah, nothing can kill me. Well that's beside the point, we need to get to Ops base." The soldier looked up at the sky and shook his head. "Not safe moving at night. Smartest decision you have is to move all your forces to this ship and keep these lights on. Angels will be out tonight." Jacob didn't ask question and turned to the troops. "Round up everyone to the dropship. I'll be working on getting these light operational.
Briggs didn't know what he was going to do. The situation was going down the drain and fast. "Alright, we'll hole up here for the night but we are not following you to that base, not after what you did to that wounded soldier." Briggs clicked his comm. "This is Sergeant Briggs, all forces that are under my command move to the downed Red dropship."

kit heard the command, but unfortunately it came at a really bad time. the noise caught the attention of the leapers down in the tunnels. they spotted kits light and begain to move towards him at fast speeds. kit turned and ran "sarge i fell into a hole im in some sort of tunnel. these things are advancing on me." ha leaper jumped out from a side tunnel and took a chunk out of his already wounded arm. he stabbed it in the shoulder and it released him. he ran on

Briggs put his head into his hands and tried to think. "Two hours of daylight left, and Kit is down in a hole. Well I'm in the dark in two out of three scenarios so might as well." He clicked his Comm. "Kit, I'll do what I can to get you, but there is no guarantee I am even in the right place.." He let out a sigh and was startled when Jacob's hand was on his shoulder. "Going alone is suicide, you at least need me. I can see in the dark far better then these suits will." Briggs didn't even speak but he stood up and saluted. "Don't get mushy on me. Once we are back at our bases, we are enemies again." Briggs laughed. "Sounds fair enough."

Mistara rallied any troops, blue or red up to the dropships except for a few that didnt trust him. After making sure that a fight wouldn't break out between the troops, he scavenged out some ammo, loaded his rifle then made his way to the hole. Eager to redeem himself in Jacobs eyes he opened up his com. "What are we doing about Kit, uh, sir's?" Mistara had set his com to an open frequency to keep in touch with both blue seargent, Briggs and, Seargent, Jacob.
The medic tended to some of the injured, while Riker, using some of his engineering skills worked on the dropships power circuts.
Mistara looked up, the sun was begining to set and a new chill, swept through his body. He shivered. His breath came out in vapor's, it wasnt even freezing yet according to his suit regulaters.

the tunnels were dark and deceiving shadows everywhere. he had to find a way out. shadows played tricks on his mind. leapers were chasing him and he was running out of breath
~you need me~ the whisper said "no!" kit screamed out loud an adrenaline rush crushing through his body pushing him further on.
a leaper jumped down from the top and landed on him. kit knew enough to keep it restrained but its teeth were getting dangerously close.
~kill it~ the whisper said
"no" kit said struggling.
~end it or it will end you~
"its....wrong!"
~KILL IT!!!~ the voice boomed and kit with a sudden angry strength pushed the creature off him and with a quick jab slit the beasts throat. an evil smile played across his lips "new youd see it my way" his voice was cold and hollow. the voice of a killer.
(his comm is still on and all of it went through)
vincent sat in the dropship bored. "anyone got any cards?"

A smile slid across his face and he looked towards where the hole was. "Now, that's my kind of soldier." Without even waiting for the others, he made a dash for the hole and instead of lowering into it, he just lept down, right onto the head of a leaper. Instead of turning his light on, he just raised up his visor and peared through the darkness. "Found ya." JAcob started to make his way to the running Kit.
