Jacob and Mistara had made it all the way into the back of the station where the comm was. It was located in the security room and would require Class-Three access. Something that none of them had. They would have to either find a surivor registered at the base or find what is left of one and take the card. "Son of a..." Jacob exited the vehicle and made his way to the first security door. "Anyone in there?" A voice responded. "Yes!" Jacob grinned. "Let us in." The voice was shaky. "No, you are just more angels like last time. I killed them all." A physhotic laughed came from behind the door. Jacob sighed and made his way for the back entrance to the base.

Mistara looked around and saw several flying ceatures circuling high above. "What th- JAACOOB!!!! Company, 5 o'clock high." He shifted his position and brought his assualt rifle to bear on the creatures. He counted six. He fired a burst shot into the sky, lighting up one of the monsters. It shreaked and dove n the Skiv. "Shiiiiiiiit-!!!!!"

The bullets peppered the creatures but did not hinder them in any way. Another dove on a group of soldiers, ripping them to pieces in a bloody spray. Their screaches becoming sub-sonic. Mistara jumped from the Sciv.

Jacob made his way over to an access door that the others had already opened and gone into. Slamming it closed behind him, he turned around to face the other survivors.

Mistara scrambled for the door but it was slammed shut in his face. "Oh well, aint that your regular shit!" He dived from the door way as one of the winged creatures slammed into it. He stood and surveyed the area for cover, settling for the forest surrounding the base. Just as he reached its edge, several leapers jumped out from the dark bush. "Just aint my day." The winged creature dove on Mistara.... (Death or Life? I'll be in pieces in a second or two. If no rescue I have another plan of survival.)

davids sniper rifle punched a hole in the back of the flyers skull. he picked off the rest of the leapers and reloaded. carlos went back out, grabbed mistara, and dragged him back inside. david shut the door. meanwhile a medic took care of jackson.
