We almost never see Desaad outside his lab or Apokolips itself. And if he does leave Apokolips, he usually brings prep with him.

Delph is correct, Desaad is basically Batman's brain in pee-wee herman's body. Actually, I'd rate Desaad higher on the tech scale. It's a massive loophole. Desaad really doesn't carry jack on him. Not even a boomtube or a motherbox. But he created at least half the insane weapons of Apokolips. The rest came from Darkseid himself. Desaad is smart enough to not need the prep to create something insidious.

I refuse to contest this pick for 3 reasons. 1. It's an ingenius idea and I'm kicking myself for not thinking of it. stick out tongue

2. It's legit. It's a loophole and evil as all hell, but it's legal. 3. I'm kind of scared as to Nvr's backup. He came up with Desaad after Blair got Forge banned, and he said his next will top it.

Like I said I just want to know what level of tech we can use in prep and what level of tech we can bring to the battlefield.

Agree with everything. Sometimes two low level components can give you a freaking beast nobody would have an idea to how to deal with.

So even if Nvr is intimidating us, I'n going to shut up on Desaad topic right now.

However inconceivable, there's no limit on meshing. I highly doubt it's possible in 10 minutes using 6 low metas.

Depends on what you have available at your prep host's base.

No Cosmic Cubes, Cosmic Control Rods, HOTU, etc., of course.

I understand that but that doesn't answer my question.

I'm saying on a whole what level can the tourney get.

For instance if someone has access to technology that can blow up planets can they use it in prep and then bring that tech to the battlefield?

And when I mean levels I mean like Low-Meta, Herald level. When exactly do we get into too much tech power.

If you can pull something to that level off in prep then kudos. There's no ingenuity cap.
