Come on though man you no when you watch that trailer just listen to the way Heath sounds that's awesome and then look at the bit in the dark where Bat's is on his Batcycle and Jokers standing their with a Katana sword he looks so badass and scary.
If this movie blows hard then i'll be the first to hold up my hands and apologise. Apart from the pictures of the makeup running then it's pretty much perfect i mean seriously the mouth thing is cool but it's only in this movie.
And R.I.P Heath Ledger even if Joker makes another appearance in the next bats movie which i doubt personally out of respect but maybe he will maybe Nolan will change how he looks. After all it is year 2.5 of bats history and Joker just starting out. Obviously he aint 'the crown prince of crime' straight away so like a cameo could show him as the slick underworld leader joker we all know in the next movie.
The comics have changed back to normal joker look already.
My only hope for the batmobile getting a change that looks more like the one from the burton films is batdude said that it gets smashed up in this film so maybe in the sequal after this one,hopefully they will rebuild one that has that look.so Im still holding out hope that by the third film a new one is made.if not,oh well,what can you do.
Why do some people act like because you say you don't like how the Joker looks you're saying Heath did a bad job and the movie is gonna blow? His performance and the movie itself has little to do with the crappy make up job the Joker has. You can dislike how he looks and still like the movie and Heath's portrayal.

yeah I dont know why they insist on coming on here and talking about how great his performance is going to be,that he will be awesome and what not when nobody here has said anything about that, that they think the movie is going to blow or that his performance will be horrible or anything like that.Like you said,we can still like the movie and heaths portrayel even if we dislike what the joker looks like because yeah,thats true,the movie itself and Heaths acting job has nothing whatsoever to do with the horrible makeup job done to him,yet they STILL insist on coming on here talking about how heath will do an amazing job as the joker when thats not the issue here were talking about.
I dunno why they changed the look of him so much...perhaps to make him look more realistic and believable, I personally prefer the original look, but I also love the new look.
this new look he has in the dark knight sorta reminds me of his look in arkham asylum: a serious house on serious earth..speciially those picz where his make up is all messy and his features get blurred.
maybe thats why they went for it? i mean thats defnitly the scariest look the joker has ever had..(i think)
Oh god, get over it. Can't ONE SINGLE PERSON show any kind of enthusiasm for Ledger's joker without you two getting your knickers in a bunch? Seriously. I mean, I've tried looking, and not ONCE has someone expressed enthusiasm without you folks NEEDING to make some dip-sh*t comment. Just ONCE, let someone express enthusiasm for this Joker...please? Pretty please with Sweet & Low on top?
