Cabas goes over what he's secured for himself; a holdout pistol, a miniature vibro-axe that can be thrown, an abundance of food capsules, wire... the list goes on.
If Xavier is wearing Jedi robes, Cabas has also secured an outfit for him, a dark gray sleeveless shirt, black pants, and a lighter gray traveler's cloak.

Cabas runs you through your plan again, to somehow wind up being taken by the pirates, to gather information on Svidrigailov's vessel, and then to strike when the time is right. He runs you through his plans as well, but deliberately keeps them vague, should you be caught.
In any case, the day is quickly passing and the raid will come soon. If there is nothing else you wish to do, we'll move on.
