technically neither TOAA or presence are truly characters, their simply an emodiment of the editor/company, a man/people who creates the characters also afaik, they dont really have any in-comic feats
id say Spawn is strongest from his comic, not sure his feats but hes able to stop both Satan and God and put them in an endless dimension sort of thing did he not?
Classic beyonder in Marvel was pretty tough, classic MM....if you dont like classics then ime not sure, prob LT

Marvel: HoM Proteus is probably the most powerful, given how he's able to destroy the entire Omniverse in a definitive what if future, and is suggested as being such by the Omniscient Narrator.
