Basically that universe is an almost identical/parallel universe, everything is the same in that universe as there is in the main universe, except that there is an alternative ending in that there child survives, and the goblin does die, apart from that it is the same universe, so if his main time line changed the so would the alternative one, since the magic erased there child, that sequence of events are void.

Well the spider-girl timeline still stands...MJ and Pete are still together and they have a daughter...for all we know this universe could be because MJ and Pete divorced in the new timeline

But it was created before the new timeline, its events are before the timeline, its starting basis is from the 90's era which is before the new timeline, no specific details have happened in that like the new timeline.

The spider-girl timeline is set in the future so the events of that universe are different to ones in this, in that universe MJ and Pete are married...have a daughter...in the 616 universe they are seperated and have no daughter so the spider-girl universe is still an alternate universe to the 616 universe even though it's changed

Well that's the thing everyone who knows Spidey is affected by this, I mean he is no longer a member of the new avengers, wait does Eddie remember Peter is Spider-Man, some stupid story quite a while back seemed to make him forget, only he and GG should not Peter is SM, and I hope the Spider-Sense, the tracers and the Spider-Signal return as well as the under arm webbing.
