no, we're talking speed of sound, which is current jay garricks non-speed force top speed, iirc... we're saying how silly it is that it would be the cap...
And whoever talkesd about Garrick as a cap meant "no entering the speedforce", not Max1 speed cap for picks (good for Spidey level, but totally stupid for WW one)

so, if no one is objecting, can i amend to pre-ic?
still not sure about how the speed cap works. garrick could never actually enter the speed force. almost no one was able to do that save bart and wally. maybe barry?
Um yeah he did when he beat Rival or was it Johhnny Sorrow he did infact enter the speed force for a little bit only to pull out of it because of his love for Joan.
And when he did pull ut of it he ended up in ancient egypt

ok, some points i'd LOVE addressed before the draft:
power-copying? been told it is banned. i presume that rule extends to any constructs as well -- ie -- can't create a construct capable of copying? or can you?
and what about constructs? how many can we have and can they be dependent or independent? are they even allowed at all?
what about guys like creel who can copy properties and in effect (in some cases) copy powers? are those type of guys legal?
what about duping? guys like multiple man usually create headaches, but there's no rule against. are they legal?
and the speed cap issue -- again, i thought it was jay but frankie is certainly faster and so is wonder woman. so . . .
my vote (for what it's worth) -- no copying of any kind, no duping. if they ARE allowed, i'm fine with it, just that in the past those kinds of things tend to create . . . complications. i just want to know what i ned to account for with my next picks.
sorry for the rash of questions, but better to get all the rules straight before the next rd of drafts and people are forced to repick.

the latter.
however, i would still like to know what is and is NOT legal. you know, so my prep doesn't turn into something like trick's in that 'OTHER' tourney . . .
