Basically, the DPS-4 039 transmitter at the HAARP facility is meant to be a tool for measuring the ionosphere, but is really an electromagnetic weapon used by the military. It has many applications. It can be used as a particle beam weapon that can strike anywhere on the planet. It can apparently be synched in to the earth's natural Schumann resonance and manipulate our mood and behavior by affecting our biorhythms and brainwaves. It can even cause earthquakes and control the weather. However, these are all just 'bonus' spin-offs from the facilities true purpose; which was to use it as an ICBM shield during the cold war. They've never really had the chance to test this properly, but now it seems they have. People are starting to see the pattern between DPS-4 039 and the satellite we’ve all been hearing about recently. Think about it. And start digging around!
Very interesting story. I was told (as I mentioned in the thread I have out now) that there are such things as force fields, so that aspect really intrigues me. I'll have to look into this.
