"No," Master Jel-Kor said, suddenly turning to the padawan, eyes widened. "Would you really prefer to stay back here, with a storm approaching, and without the security masters and knights provide, in a jungle crawling with ferocious wild-life?" He asked. "I don't think you would, would you?" Now a faint smile could be seen on the master's face.

Kyler sighed loudly. "No Master Jel-Kor. I was just throwing out ideas. Since I am but a Padawan with little combat training, I was worried for my safety and the safety of others. But I'm sure you can handle us all."

Jel-Kor placed his hand on the padawan's shoulder. "I know, Kyler, and I appreciate your concern. Don't worry. You'll be better off with us. Trust me on that one." He said, smiling.
david grinned at the padawan. he realised that that was what he would have done had he been as young, so he didnt bother poking fun at him. "jel-kor, how many terentatek do you suppose are up there. this place is infested with the dark side, so indeed there may be many."

Reki fell back to walk along side Kyler, her hand resting on her saber. "Do not worry. He means well. We've just lost many to Terentateks, and several others to Coryn... You have nothing to fear. You are in good hands my friend... You have survived this far and we might be lucky that the Terentateks are awy from the tomb." She glanced around him quickly. "Are you masterless Kyler?"
Coryn glanced to the side. The Republic docking workers were eyeing him suspiciously though they dared not approach. Coryn could sense the Jedi... They were close, closer than he wanted them to be. Coryn ran to the dockworkers, who flinched as if they were about to be hit.
"Transit. Take me to the next habital place, perferably with ships." The docking bay officer shook his head.
"We can't leave here with the shuttle, we don't have proper author-"
"Damnit, human! I am your Authorization! Get me the hell onto that transit, or I'll kill you!" Coryn pulled out the lightsaber hilt, and ignited it. The blade shined a deep red, casting intimidating shadows of Coryn's features. The dock worker shuddered, and then nodded.
"Quickly then... Before someone says otherwise." His voice was layered in fear, but he ran to a computer panel, typed in a few words, and the shuttle bay doors opened, revealing the vastness of the Khoonda Plains. Coryn urged the man on, and soon he was seated in the back of the Transit, awaiting take off.
The Transit shuddered, and then lifted into the air. Coryn sighed with relief. Finally, he had a chance. But then the Transit gave a huge jerk, and was held in place even though the dockworker was urging it on.
"I don't know what's happening! The Transit-" Coryn cut him off, silencing him with a hand.
"Jedi." Coryn walked up to the side door-which always hung open- and saw that a group of at least six-maybe seven Jedi- were in the doorway of the Hangar, one of which had his hand stretched out to pull the vehicle to a stop(If this is too controlling, let me know).
"So this is it... Will I even be able to escape?" Coryn sighed, and jumped out of the door, landing softly on the ground with the aid of the Force. He clipped the lightsaber to his belt, and clapped.
"Bravo, Jedi! What shall you do now, hmm? Attack, or... 'Arrest' me?"

You put some shit in front of their face, call it cool, and they'll trample each other like cattle to get their fingers on it.
Then they have the nerve to say it was for a 'worthy' cause.
Cattle. That's all we are.
(Yeah, I kind of meant to mention that ^^; Since the Jedi were all converging, I decided I should make it complete, instead... He didn't have another weapon, so... >_> )

She raised a brow and smacked him upside the head with the back of her hand. "Watch it Padawan or I'll hang ya by your feet above a pit full of terentateks." She sighed and lowered her hand to its place on her saber. "Why are you here with no Master? Did you loose him in our last battle?"
"Hey watch who you're hitting," Kyler raised his arms in defense. "And yes my master was hit from behind. I was supposed to be behind him, but I was preoccupied by two enemies at once. He must've seen this happing, and tried to take them on all at once. But it didn't work out so well."

Master Borta, who was the one who pulled the small shuttle down, was exhausted by the incredible effort it took.
"We... are not here to fight you, Coryn..." He said. To prove it, he took the lightsaber off his belt and threw it away. The other Jedi were a little bit surprised to see this. "I will not kill a fellow Jedi... and a friend... C'mon, Coryn... don't you remember me? We trained together since we were little kids... We were taken away from our families almost at the same time! We were friends! Does that mean nothing to you now?"

"Hmm... The dark side is indeed much stronger here than it was in Kashyyyk, you're right, David. I'm calculating at least... five more!... we will not be able to take them down by ourselves! It would be suicide... we at least need a backu---"
Master Jel-Kor was interrupted by something. He felt a blaster rifle touching his stomach. Suddenly, out of nowhere, a Mandalorian in red armor appeared infront of him, and there were at least fifteen more surrounding the group. Stealth generators.
"Hold it right there, Jedi... We got you surrounded..."
Jel-Kor touched the minds of the other Jedi. *DO NOT make any sudden moves... I sense they mean no harm...*

Reki slowly took her hand off of her saber and eased her hands out in plain sight. She shivered and used the force to see 360 degrees around her, though tiring it was worth it... She really didnt want one of these in her blind spots.
"What is your business here?!!" The Mandalorian asked aggressively.
"We... were sent on a mission... to eliminate all Terentatek beasts we could find in Dxun..."
"Hmm... Were you, now? Why should I believe you?"
"That is why we are near the tomb... we sensed the beasts were insid---"
"You 'sensed'?" The Mandalorian laughed. "Alright, alright, I believe you. I saved your lives, however you want to see it, Jedi... our men have already scouted the perimeter more than once, and counted at least twelve o'those massive things inside the friggin' tomb."
Jel-Kor flinched. "TWELVE, you say??"
"We're the ones asking questions here Jedi, not you!" A Mandalorian in yellow armor suddenly cut in.
"Easy, easy, Gork. I don't think these Jedi will be a problem," He said, and signaled his fellow Mandalorians to lower their weapons.
Reki sighed soflty and lowered her ands. "Twelve.... Twelve terentateks..." She was quiet for a moment before turning around and starting back the way they came. "I'll kill the Councle.. Go on their own stupid missions.. Twelve terentateks!"
"Oh, don't get all worried, kid. That's just inside the tomb... we don't actually know how many of those damned monsters there are if you count the ones outside in the jungle..."
Jel-Kor once again, flinched. "We have a lot of work to do fellows," He said.
The Mandalorian in red armor glanced at him.
"Actually... I was thinking... we also want to get rid of these beasts... together, we might be able to take them out. C'mon, follow us to our camp,"
After some time, the Jedi and their guides reached their camp. It was a massive place, with great walls of at least seven meters in height surrounding it. They looked very old, though somehow resistant, as well. "Provides protection," The Mandalorian said, as the Jedi stared up. "The chief is inside," He said, pointing in the direction of some small quarters. "He'll want to talk to you," He said as he walked towards other Mandalorians. The Jedi entered the quarters and saw a tall figure, wearing a golden armor, looking at their direction.
"Welcome, Jedi."
"Mandalore?" Jel-Kor asked, thinking he knew the answer.
"No," He replied quickly, surprising Jel-Kor. "That's not the way it works now."
